**Unbelievable Honesty and Integrity!** I am incredibly grateful to the staff at Ibis Saigon Airport Hotel. A few months ago, I flew back to the US and accidentally left over $5000 in cash in my room. The lost-and-found team tracked me down via email and safely returned the money to a family member after a secure ID verification. Finding this level of integrity is rare. The staff are profoundly honest, professional, and trustworthy. I highly recommend this hotel!
Location is great, can say walking distance from airport. Rooms are clean but small. We took 2 room apartment, but kitchen doesn't have any cutlery or utensils. One room is so small, hardly place to open luggage. Toilet attached to one room only. Good for overnight or short stay
Another fantastic stay at the Ibis styles Saigon airport Vietnam with a never before seen double upgrade two days in a row! Great location with so much more to offer both in the hotel and surrounding area than just a transit accommodation. The rooms are spacious, spotless and very comfortable. GM Mr Dupuis and Ibis team go over and beyond to ensure you have a great stay either on your arrival into Saigon or on departure. Rooftop bar, pool and dining a must try with a spacious and comfortable area and great views across the Saigon skyline and airport runway. Highly recommend an extended few days stay to explore the plethora of shopping and dining in surrounding streets. Shout out to front office manager Ms Chau and Hieu, Trinh, Kha, Phuc, Khang, and Thahn. The ibis Saigon airport could easily rival a Mercure or Novotel with the level of amenity and decent breakfast spread, including wonderful chicken or beef Phò options. Bus pickup and drop off worked great and with a flawless stay, incredible upgrades and even with the GM finding some time to have a quick chat this establishment has definitely made my stay! Well done team!
Fabulous stay from booking to leaving. Great communication about free shuttle pick up location. Note this only does international terminals. But a grab would be easy to the domestic terminal . Check in was smooth, rooms are clean not on the large side but more than adequate for a layover. Dinner and drinks suffice on the rooftop bar and lovely to swim in the large lap pool watching the airport. Breakfast included was fabulous, plenty of choice and good quality. When I left as it was my first visit they actually paid for my car to the domestic terminal. Will be back. Highly recommend.
We booked a day stay to have somewhere to rest and refresh between flights, unfortunately our flight was then delayed so we chose to buy a room for the night even though we only needed it a few extra hours. The room was modern, had great decor, all the little extras like tea, coffee and toiletries. It was also very clean and we appreciated the many tv channels and having lots of English language channels to choose from too. The restaurant was huge and menu choices excellent, food and drinks were good too. The pool and bar area were my favorite, lounging in the infinity pool on the rooftop watching the planes come and go was the best spot. Hardly anyone else was using the pool and the bar area was quite relaxed not rowdy and not too many drinkers or diners there either. I didn’t use the gym but it was big and well equipped. The toilets for the rooftop bar/gym/pool were great with a shower and steam rooms and plenty of towels available. Location is excellent, right next to the airport with a reliable free shuttle available for international flights. There is a multi level mall literally next door which was very quiet but all the shops were open including clothing, bookstore, restaurants, bakery and upmarket grocer.Theres also two convenience stores nearby. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Could not really fault anything during our stay! Much better than any Ibis I’ve come across in Australia 🫢. I hope I get to stay here again for a full night and would not hesitate recommending it. It’s excellent value.
