Truly the best buffet I have ever experienced! The food quality was outstanding, with a great variety of delicious dishes, including lobster and seafood. The staff were equally amazing, providing excellent and attentive service throughout our visit. A special thanks to Dang Nean for taking such good care of us and making our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend the restaurant at Nikko Hotel. We would definitely come back!
I had an unforgettable dining experience at La Brasserie Restaurant on the 2nd floor of the hotel, and I truly felt compelled to share my gratitude. As an airline cabin crew member, service and guest care are part of my daily life. I know firsthand how challenging it can be to maintain grace and poise when handling endless requests during peak hours. Yet the team here delivered world-class hospitality, and I found myself genuinely touched and inspired by their dedication. I would especially like to commend three outstanding staff members: Liy, Taung, and D.Anh (apologies if the spelling on their nametags is slightly different, but I hope management can easily identify them!). Even with our table placing numerous orders throughout a remarkably busy evening, they never once lost their warm, radiant smiles. Their kindness never felt scripted or transactional—it was proactive, attentive, and deeply sincere. To the management: please treasure and reward Liy, Taung, and D.Anh. Employees like them are rare gems who elevate the entire dining experience. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for an exceptional evening!
My first day here and the check in process were great check. The concierge and staff were really helpful, five stars on that department. However, the room is quite a let down. Lots of stain on the carpet and found some hair during my check in. Signs of wear and tear throughout and even on the beddings. Requested a quiet room but instead got one next to the lift. Housekeeping couldve been a little quiet throughout the day. Edit: Asked them for a room change and got it done within 30 minutes. Undeniably, top notch service here.
This was my third stay at the hotel, and I’m happy to say that this visit was a very pleasant experience. During my second visit, I was a little disappointed with the service, so I had some hesitation about coming back. However, this time, I was very pleased to find the staff friendly, attentive, and welcoming again. It was a wonderful experience that reminded me why I chose to return to this hotel. The restaurant staff(La brasserie) have always been kind and attentive during all of my visits, and I truly appreciate their warm hospitality. They even helped make my husband's birthday special, which was such a thoughtful gesture and meant a lot to me. I would especially like to thank Ngoc from the breakfast restaurant for his kindness and warm service. Thank you for taking such good care of us. I’m glad I decided to come back, and I hope to visit again in the future!

Every member of the staff was warm, friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The level of hospitality exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her genuine kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. She is a wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Another highlight is the hotel’s central location. It is conveniently located with easy access to anywhere in downtown Ho Chi Minh City, making it simple to explore the city’s restaurants, shopping, attractions, and business districts. From the comfortable accommodations to the amazing service, every aspect of our stay was exceptional.
