Reviews
Six of us stayed here at The Grand Saigon, for three days, and all of us enjoyed it. Like others have mentioned, starting with the Bellboys at front, to the ladies at reception. Done well and tks. Possibly the only two downers were the size of the lifts and maybe the beds are a bit toooo big. But we can live with that. Rooms are big and spacious, best bathrooms in Vietnam. Enjoy a variety of meals at the restaurant, and breakfasts also have lots of variety. The staff there do a good job too. Again, THANKS .
(and tks to Teddy for his )
Excellent Location ! Hotel has a nice vibe but the rooms in the ancient wing are definitely not worth the money. Very substandard and average. AC do not cool well. Had a massive problem and hotel staff did not help out at all.
The experience is very positive! Starting right from the bellboys being very attentive getting our luggage from the grab and opening doors everytime. The front was also very good and politel. Our rooms were clean and spacious! And the included breakfast buffet is very good! Not sure what else to say but it’s very good and highly recommended!!
Julia was outstanding with her help on the reservations and accommodations for the wedding party I was attending.
The rooms were amazing. The staff was beyond professional and always made me feel like my needs were the most important issue at the moment!
The group was 8 with 7 rooms. We showed up at 7 am, well before check in, and they made accommodations for our luggage and all of our needs.
The breakfast is second to none with an amazing staff helping with any need we had! Let alone to quality of food was absolutely delicious!
I look forward to staying there again!
A Wonderful Stay at Hotel Great Saigon
We had stayed here before and were so happy to return, and this visit reminded us exactly why. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, and very comfortable, which made it easy to settle in and enjoy our stay.
One thing that really stood out again was the wifi and television selection. Honestly, it was the best hotel wifi and TV channel selection we have experienced in Vietnam, which made a big difference after long days out.
The staff were wonderful throughout our stay, always kind, welcoming, and helpful. The location is also very good and made it easy to get around and enjoy the city. Breakfast each morning was another highlight, with a wonderful buffet and a wide selection to choose from.
The pool also deserves a special mention. It is one of the most beautiful hotel pools we have seen, set in such a beautiful setting that it feels like a little escape right in the middle of the city.
Thank you again for such a lovely stay. We stayed here before, and we will gladly stay here again.
