Hotel Des Arts Saigon - Mgallery Collection

Stunning hotel but moreso on the inside than the outside. The rooftop pool is the selling point for this hotel & it is in easy walking distance to the post office & Nora dame Cathedral. We booked a sky executive deluxe room but on check in we upgraded to what they said was their best suited. It was beautiful but unfortunately it was overlooking a building site which we had been told had started. We couldn't fault the room, food or service & the executive lounge is worth it when deciding which room to choose. My only negative is on check out after we'd paid our bill we sat & waited in the lobby for our driver & the lady who had completed our check out bill came over & asked what I'd done with the shower amenities to which I said I'd done nothing with them. I didn't want to leave till this was cleared up. As nice as they were they are huge! Twice I went up to her to ask if it had been sorted/rectified but was told it's ok. Our driver was there by this point & we had to leave so I still don't know if they found them or confused me with another room. I wasn't happy about being embarrassed in that way!

I had an amazing breakfast this morning with my mom at Saigon Kitchen. The restaurant was cozy and the staffs were friendly and welcoming. Thuy Huynh and Khang provided excellent service to my mom and I, and were always available whenever we needed. We also met Khoa, who prepared our wonderful drinks, was really kind and dedicated. While having breakfast my mom had a bit of trouble choosing what to eat, Trong Phuc was there to guide her and got her a refreshing coconut. Overall, we had a wonderful breakfast and the service was over the top. We will definitely return to Saigon Kitchen in the future.

We had a wonderful lunch buffet at Hotel Des Arts! The selection was excellent, with a great variety of fresh seafood, delicious hot dishes, and beautifully prepared desserts. Everything was well presented and constantly replenished. A special thank you to our server, Nghĩa, who provided outstanding service throughout our meal. He was attentive, friendly, and always made sure we had everything we needed with a warm smile. His professionalism and hospitality made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend the lunch buffet, and we’ll definitely be back!

I would like to express what a wonderful experience my wife and I had at Hotel des Arts Saigon - MGallery Collection. It was honestly one of the best examples of service and hospitality we have ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, every staff member made us feel genuinely welcome. The doormen greeted us warmly each time we returned, opened the doors for us, and always helped us get a taxi whenever we needed one. These small gestures made us feel truly cared for throughout our stay. The check-in experience was also exceptional. Being welcomed at the Sky Lounge and invited to relax and enjoy the lounge while completing the check-in process was a wonderful touch, especially after a long journey. The housekeeping team was incredibly thoughtful. On our first night, we realized that we had forgotten to bring toothpaste and used the small tube included in the toothbrush kit. The next day, without us having to ask, housekeeping left a full-sized toothpaste in our room. It was such a simple but attentive gesture that showed how much they pay attention to their guests' needs. I would also like to especially recognize Michael Tran and Supervisor Cuong from the Food & Beverage team. Their service was outstanding. They took the initiative to explain the Vietnamese dishes and coffee in detail, demonstrated how traditional Vietnamese coffee is prepared right at our table, and shared the history behind it. Cuong even noticed that the sun was shining directly on us and proactively closed the blinds to make us more comfortable. It felt more like a fine dining experience than a hotel breakfast service. Beyond the excellent service, the hotel itself is beautiful. The interior design of both the public areas and the room is elegant and thoughtfully curated. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the rooftop bar and swimming pool offer stunning views overlooking the city. Overall, we are extremely happy and satisfied with our stay. The combination of outstanding hospitality, attention to detail, and beautiful facilities made this a truly memorable experience. My wife even told me that if we return to Ho Chi Minh City, she would not want to stay anywhere else. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. It is a truly exceptional property, made even better by the wonderful people who work there.
