Finding a place that balances quiet relaxation with top-tier service isn't always easy, but waking up to serene, panoramic views and enjoying a freshly brewed morning coffee set the perfect tone for every day. Every detail felt thoughtful, from the ultra-comfortable bed that guaranteed a restful night's sleep to the seamless, warm hospitality extended by every staff at the hotel, specifically, Khiem, Thu, Mai, Ngan, and Chris. What made the experience truly unforgettable was how effortless and personalized everything felt. The team went out of their way to anticipate our needs without ever feeling intrusive, offering incredible local dining tips and checking in with authentic warmth. The delicious seafood buffet was a highlight, but it was the quiet luxury and attentive care that left a lasting impression. We walked away feeling completely recharged, and we are already looking forward to our next visit!

It’s always exciting to have breakfast in Asia, and I was so happy to find such a wide variety of options, just as I had hoped. I especially loved the bibimbap, pho, and Vietnamese coffee. they were absolutely delicious! I also really appreciated how all the staff were so friendly, welcoming, and smiling, especially considering how early they have to start their shifts. A special thank you to Ms Thu Tesni Hibo for her wonderful service. Thanks to her, I was able to start my day in such a pleasant mood! 😊

I had a wonderful stay! The service was exceptional from the moment I arrived. The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of food to choose from every morning. What made my stay even more special was the kindness of the staff. Since it was my first time visiting Saigon, they were incredibly helpful in providing local information and recommendations, which made exploring the city so much easier.
