I had a great stay here, my room was clean, spacious and reasonable, the spa, pool and restaurant facilities were great, but what stood out to me was the staff. They were all extremely helpful, friendly and chatty. If I'm in the area again I will definitely return!
Room at 8th floor was pretty decent, everything was clean and neat. Service by the staff at the reception and lobby is warm and friendly, thank you to all of them! Location is so near to lots of popular spots so it was very easy to come back and drop your shopping bags before going to a next destination.
Located in a decent neighbourhood, no noises from the streets except, sometimes you can hear your neighbours room door closing.
Beautiful place in an excellent location. The rooms were large and clean and really good value. The greatest asset of this hotel however are the team, the staff were brilliant, attentive and extremely efficient across the board. Everyone between the reception team, the housekeeping / laundry teams and the restaurant staff were really professional and elevated the experience. We would definitely come back!
I’ve traveled pretty extensively over the years and stayed at plenty of 4-5 star hotels, but this place easily takes the crown as one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you're visiting Ho Chi Minh City, you have to stay here for at least a night or two. It is worth every single penny (and surprisingly affordable, too!).
The location is fantastic: Super convenient to local markets and shopping malls but what really stole my heart was the staff. I’ve never felt so genuinely cared for anywhere else in the world.
When I unfortunately ended up in the hospital during my trip, the staff went completely above and beyond. They kept checking in on me through my travel partner the whole time, and when I finally made it back, they literally took my arm and helped me up the stairs. That level of warmth and genuine hospitality is so rare.
I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. Do yourself a favor and book a room. You won't regret it!
This is a really great hotel. The service is top notch and on par with other 5 star hotels. Location is very convenient as well, centrally located in the heart of district 1.
We stayed at the Elegance Corner Suite for 2 nights. The room was very clean and well taken care of. The only con is the walls are not very sound proof. I could hear the noises coming from the room beside mine. Fortunately, I spoke with the staff and they immediately took care of it on my second night of stay.
The breakfast buffet is really good, the menu is different everyday.
Overall I am very impressed with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to travellers visiting Sai Gon.
