Highly recommended this hotel! Love the room decor; cozy & stylish. Reception was friendly. Breakfast spread is amazing! Server Hoang & My Ngoc is so attentive. Speak English so well too. Really enjoyed our Breakfast here at level 24 with a city / river view of HCM!

One night, two adults, two kids, two-room suite — arrived late after our Da Nang flight was delayed, so first impressions were mostly “please let there be beds.” Our last stop for our VN holiday. Booking had a hiccup (my name, husband’s card — hotel admin/policy), but a few emails and a direct payment link sorted it before we landed. Room on the 23rd floor: clean, well-appointed, welcoming. Amenities, and small free mini bar a nice little touch (especially with two kids). Buffet breakfast was solid — decent spread, a la carte options too. Would probably get repetitive after a few days, but for one morning, no complaints. Late checkout: declined, fully booked. Consolation prize was pool access post-checkout and luggage storage, which softened the blow considerably. Location is inside Saigon Centre, so you can shop, eat, and never see sunlight if you choose. Staff were friendly and accommodating throughout. Only regret: one night wasn’t enough. Would’ve happily stayed longer before our flight home. Reasonable price too — feels almost generous compared to what Australian hotels charge. We’d be happy to return.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and check-out was just as seamless. Our flight wasn't until 10 hours after check-out, and the team kindly allowed us to continue using the hotel's facilities, which was greatly appreciated. The two-bedroom suite was exceptional. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the entire suite was beautifully decorated, and everything was spotlessly clean. The complimentary minibar and well-stocked pantry were thoughtful touches that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the service and accommodation exceeded our expectations, and this will definitely be our hotel of choice whenever we visit Ho Chi Minh City again.
We stayed at this hotel during our two-week trip through Vietnam. Overall, it was a good experience, even though there were a few details that could be improved. This was the only hotel during our entire journey that did not offer a welcome drink upon arrival. Additionally, the pool setup is a bit inconvenient. It is located in an adjacent building and shared with residents. The walk to get there is not very appealing, and having to pass through multiple card scanners along the way slows you down. However, the positives definitely outshone these points. The location is absolutely superb. The famous coffee skyscraper, excellent shopping, and major sightseeing spots are all within short walking distance. We also appreciated that the hotel does not offer breakfast. There are countless great local food options in the neighborhood, which we preferred over a heavy breakfast buffet. The service was also commendable. The bellboys were very friendly, and when the coffee machine in our hallway broke down, the staff repaired it promptly. While the traditional lounge is no longer open, they set up a charming little station in the corridor with coffee and cookies instead. The rooms themselves are spacious, offering great air conditioning and a nice view. Luggage storage before and after our stay was also completely hassle-free.
This is below expectations for a hotel with this highend price range. It is the minor details in the room that can make the difference. And the GYM is a standout poor. - It is good to have a complimentary minibar even though it is one-off only regardless of many nights you stay but the items are catered for 2 people only. Aside from the minibar, the complimentary coffee and tea packets are enough for 2 people only. We booked an executive suite with 2 bedrooms which can accommodate 4 adults. There should be enough items stocked to cater for 4 adults. - Bottle pumps in shower look good but does not pump well and requires pumping multiple times just to get enough liquid. - No shaver kit in toiletries provided which is unusual for a 5 star hotels. - No trash bins in bedrooms. In the GYM, there’s only a few machines - 2 treadmill, 1 upright bike, 1 elliptical and only 1 adjustable weights bench. The Adidas branded bike is so poor that when cycling the knee touches the bottle holder. The Adidas treadmill belt is not wide as the other better made treadmill and is not very solid. It is not pleasant using the bike or treadmill. I knew that the hotel was no longer in partnership with Centuryon gym club and have expected a small gym but the hotel should have consulted with a gym designer who knows what makes a good gym, its equipment and layout. This is poorly invested. ADIDAS does not make good gym equipment and the hotel seems to be investing in cheap equipment. Of course if you do not intend to use the gym, this wont be an issue but the gym facility itself is not on par with other high end hotels… not even close. Everything else is expected for a 5 star hotel. The location is good being inside Saigon Centre but the taxi pickup and dropoff at Pasteur Gate can get very congested with a lot of cars. Getting a grab car can be difficult and a long wait since it is a nightmare traffic. This is not the fault of the hotel because it is uncontrollable but it is a factor to consider when deciding to stay here or coming back.
