Had a great stay here. The room was exactly as shown in the Agoda photos. There was plenty of space to sleep, relax, work, and even cook comfortably.
I would 100% stay here again.
The staff were very helpful on WhatsApp and responded quickly whenever I had any questions.
Please don't be put off by any negative reviews. These apartments offer excellent value for money. In many parts of Europe, a place of this size and quality could easily cost £300 per night, if not more.

This place is a complete scam. The room was filthy, absolutely disgusting and by far the worst experience we had so far.
There were multiple cockroaches in the room, which clearly indicates a serious lack of hygiene and maintenance. The space felt neglected and poorly managed. The bathroom was extremely small and dirty, making it uncomfortable to use.
On top of that, the layout makes no sense at all. It feels like the rooms were designed without any proper planning or understanding of functionality. The interior design is not only unattractive but also creates a very uncomfortable and unbalanced atmosphere, even from a feng shui perspective.
I would strongly not recommend this place to anyone, especially for a long-term stay.
Room was so dirty that you could use your hand wipe the floor and it'd be blackended. AC is not good. And it's very very loud due to the highway right outside.
The staff was nice. But they charge 10k vnd for parking ?! It's not much but just annoying why not just up the room price and remove the parking fee.
I was given a room on the 5th floor (I booked a duplex room), when I entered I found the room in a bad condition- there was food on the floor which attracted a lot of ants, the fridge was wide open and was emanating a bad odour, clearly the cooling had stopped. It was evident that the room was not cleaned for over a day maybe more. I didn’t wait to check the rest of the room and requested for another room. This time I was on the 4th floor. This room was comparatively better, but still not clean. The bathroom was in quite a bad state (rusty fixtures and bad stains on the walls, mirrors and doors) the shower area was very cramped and small. The bathroom felt a bit unsanitary with all the stains and marks. Still this was tolerable to a certain extent. The biggest dealbreaker was the bed. I found a lot of hair on the sheets. It was clear that the sheets were reused and not washed. My original stay was for 3 nights however, after the first night I had to leave (contemplated leaving soon after check-in) but couldn’t find another hotel in the vicinity.
First, no doorman to safe keep luggage.. The receptionist asked me for my passport, i mentioned i have a picture of it on my phone. Why do you insist on taking my physical passport for check in if you end up just taking a picture with your phone. Then during the night 2 staff came into my room without knocking while i was undressed. There no Tv in the room and they ask for a 200,000 deposit. Please avoid this place.
