The hotel has a Japanese vibe. Quite relaxing. It's near Ben Thanh Market. There are many massage parlors and hair salons nearby. The breakfast was delicious! The two staff members, Phuc and Nhu, were very helpful because I arrived at the hotel quite late after a night flight. 10/10 for them! I will definitely come back here. Highly recommended.

Second time we visit here and no hassle. Impeccable rooms. We had no window in ours but it doesn’t matter. Great for sleeping comfortably. Service is great all over. Breakfast is really good. Excellent location to explore and walk to near by iconic spots. Nice rooftop pool spot. Highly recommended
Customer service is very bad, we booked from 4th but will arrive early morning 5th that’s why we accepted to pay 1 extra night to check in early, but we needed to inform the hotel otherwise they will note its a no show, but no way to contact them, messaged them on booking.com, no response. Called them many times, no one pick up, they finally picked up after few days and many calls, but it was really annoying when they did not understand me, I explained we already paid for the night of 4th but will not check in at 4th and will be arriving early morning next day, still he asked: do you want early check in? I had to explain all over again and he said: ah ok see you tomorrow at 2pm. Why 2pm? I clearly said I will arrive early on the 5th that’s why we paid extra on 4th, it was a hassle for a very small issue. Bad maintenance, mold is growing in the bathroom, wall is peeling. Even tho we booked a suite 50m2 but I felt like they gave us the worse suite in the whole hotel Did not get welcome drinks when we arrived, the room was not even cleaned on checked in date Breakfast is almost the same thing everyday, if you stay under 1 week then its fine but I stayed for a month so sometimes only came down for coffee. Saw gecko in buffet area which I think very unhygienic Balcony is full of leaf and trash, nobody cleaned it and no place to sit and no view Cleaning rarely good, most of the time terrible, and they never cleaned the living room area, during a month I stayed I have never seen the carpet and couch been vacuumed Sink can’t drain properly, sometimes they even forgot to collect dirty towels, or trash on the floor Light in the wardrobe doesn’t work Bellboy asked too many personal question, I even overheard the receptionist and bellboy was talking about a guest, this is rude and strange The rooftop jacuzzi has total 4 lounge beds Gym is poorly equipped Room slippers are reused, I was shocked when I saw they reuse the slippers for guest, this is really disgusting and lack of professionalism. One time I threw 1 pair of slipper away because I have worn it and it gets old/ dirty, I saw the housekeeper picked them up from the trash, still wondering till today what would they do with that? Worn wet and dirty slippers that probably cost 50 cents. But guess what? The slippers are not free, you need to pay for it so it means you have to wear worn slippers from someone if you want to wear new you have to pay A/c looks like they are from the war Soundproof? Dream about it We paid more than 100€ per night for 30 nights and tbh I dont feel like its worth it, you can’t even wear new slippers
I genuinely do not understand how this place got their so called 4-star rating. In my opinion, it deserves closer to a 3-star at best — and even that feels generous. To me, it felt more like an upgraded motel than an actual hotel experience. For context, I usually stay at much nicer hotels in District 3 like La Vela Saigon Hotel, but this time I chose this place purely because our flight landed very late at night and we had an appointment literally one block away early next morning. The location was convenient enough for a quick overnight stay within walking distance. Otherwise, I honestly would not stay here again. Here’s why: 1. The “lobby” is basically just a small desk at the entrance. There’s no real hotel lobby feel or proper reception area. This part is minor and something I could overlook if the room itself made up for it. 2. The room itself was the biggest disappointment. The second I opened the door, that familiar cheap, moldy smell immediately hit me. You know the type of smell that instantly makes a place feel old, damp, and poorly maintained. Everything inside the room screamed low quality — especially the soap and shampoo. The scent and texture felt extremely cheap and unpleasant. I’m someone who always checks the bed carefully before settling in because if I feel the room isn’t clean, I literally cannot relax or sleep comfortably. The moment I lifted the pillow when I first entered the room, I found a hole in the pillowcase and a small strand of hair underneath it (see pictures) That completely turned me off. I called the front desk immediately and I was told I could grab a new pillowcase from the cabinet and change it myself.... There was also another short strand of hair near the sink. The frustrating part? It was STILL there the next day — even after I specifically told them to please clean the room thoroughly because I pay attention to details (i stayed 2 nights) Also, do not fully trust the photos online. The room in reality felt much smaller, older, and far less appealing than the pictures advertised. 3. Another thing you might want to note that there are extra charge for children over 5 years old for 300k per child. In my case, traveling with 2 kids pushed the total close to 2 million VND per night. At that price point, adding just 500k more could get me a legitimate 5-star hotel in Saigon with clean, beautiful and well-maintained rooms, proper lobby and beautiful amenities like pools and lounge areas. That comparison made this hotel feel even less worth the price. 4. The only real positive here is the location. It’s conveniently close to Ben Thanh Market and walkable to many central spots. Overall, if you only need a place for a quick overnight stay because of the location, it may work. But if you are used to the 4 star/5 star -international standard, or care about cleanliness, comfort, quality, or an actual hotel experience, I personally think there are much better options in this price range
Got into the first room. The aircon wasn't working. Checked the filters they looked like they had never been cleaned. Then we moved apartment they couldn't get the key working which wasted several hours. Moved us to a room with a smaller bed with no refund but a tiny dinner voucher. Things were faulty and broken everywhere. The only good thing was the reception girl during the day and the night reception guy were both very nice. It was management above that was hopeless!
