Booked e family room with 1 king sized and 1 super single bed. Toilet is clean. Jacuzzi pool is warmed just like an "onsen" concept. Halal bfast is at Aluna hotel (Sister company) abt 30 metres away that serves comforting chicken noodles. Only lacks sound proofing & i wish e room slippers laundry bag were e single use, disposable type. Overall great value & muslim friendly location.

Rooms are clean but we can hear noises all around . Corridor, staircase PLUS our room was on the 8 floor right under the 9th floor restaurant. At 3am we can hear kitchen noises preparing for 630am breakfast from our ceiling. It was so noisy.

I had a disappointing experience at Hotel Cochin, Ho Chi Minh City. The hospitality standards were not up to expectations. During checkout, the staff asked us to return the laundry bag and even the room slippers, which felt very unprofessional and uncomfortable for guests. Small amenities like these are usually considered part of basic hotel hospitality. The overall experience left a poor impression, and the management should focus more on guest comfort and customer service.

Stayed 2 nights with 2 separate bookings. I understood I might need to change rooms and was fine checking out before 12 PM. Before 11 AM, reception called saying the new room was ready. At 11:30 AM, they called again rushing me to move. When I asked for 10 more minutes to finish packing, the staff sounded annoyed and hung up on me. This was rude and unprofessional. It wasn’t even checkout time yet, and we had already paid. I spoke Vietnamese, so don’t blame language issues. There were also many other issues with this hotel. I totally regret staying here. Staff need serious retraining. Avoid this hotel, not worth it.
