Avoid this hotel if you value cleanliness and a good night’s sleep. Our stay was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. The room was in terrible condition. It smelled damp and moldy, and the walls were covered with mold. The shower head holder was broken, there was a large amount of hair clogging the drain. It was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly before we checked in. The corridor was also extremely noisy. We could clearly hear people talking loudly outside in the morning, which completely disrupted our sleep. The room didn’t even provide basic tissues. I’m genuinely surprised this hotel has so many positive reviews. Definitely not worth the money. I would not recommend staying here.

I stayed here for 9 nights, and unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The shower was broken and constantly dripped. The dripping was loud enough to hear even with the bathroom door closed, so I had to keep the exhaust fan running just to mask the noise. I reported the problem, but instead of fixing it, the staff simply told me to adjust the faucet to a certain angle to reduce the dripping. The issue was never repaired. It was frustrating to see so much water being wasted every day. The shower head holder was also broken, making it inconvenient to shower. Despite reporting it, this was never fixed either. I even became so distressed that I cried and asked to be moved to another room, but I was told the hotel was fully booked. Another issue is the room location. I stayed in Room 401, and I believe any room ending in 01 with a kitchenette has the same problem. These rooms are directly opposite the elevator and beside the emergency staircase. You can clearly hear guests walking up and down the stairs, the fire door opening and closing, and people getting in and out of the elevator at all hours. If you're a light sleeper, I would avoid these rooms.
Cost of the hotel is affordable and the location in district 1 is great with a lot around you. The facilities are great with a big fridge freezer and storage. People at reception are also welcoming and friendly. However, the rooms published online do not match to what is actually there. The rooms are just more run down with stains and damage to the building, as well as our bathroom having an odd smell to it everyday. At around 7am there would be construction being done to the building next door so couldn’t get a good sleep in the mornings. House keeping was also extremely loud everyday, almost shouting to one another and laughing, all at around the same hour. The nights are quiet but if you want a lie in, forget about it. If you’re only staying for 2/3 nights it will do, however we stayed for 6 and we barely got any rest.
We stayed her for 6 nights in a premium room which was clean and comfortable. Hot showers and cold aircon. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is central and close to shops, buses and eating places. The detraction is that the street area is dirty, smelly and crowded but this is typical for most places in Saigon.
This hotel is conveniently located, a little far from the main attractions but still easily walkable or accessible via Grab. I would recommend staying here over other hotels closer to Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Walking Street where it is busier and more touristy. The room was very comfortable, clean (for the most part - the bathroom drawers and above the mirror had clearly never been cleaned), quiet and spacious. Air conditioning was excellent. Pool, kitchenette and Netflix were a nice bonus. Wifi provided. Toiletries + complimentary water bottles were replaced daily. You can also refill with cold filtered water in the lobby. No hair conditioner which seems to be standard in Vietnam. I did have a few issues with the shower not draining properly and randomly expelling water (possibly when someone else was having shower?) but nothing terrible that would dissuade me from staying here again. The water pressure and temperature were great. There was some mold in the shower grouting and some of the finishes were poorly done. I will note that my room M01 was being closed for maintenance after my stay so hopefully these minor issues will be fixed. I arrived early and was able to leave my bags in the lobby until check in at 2pm. I would recommend letting the hotel know what time you plan to arrive as there often seemed to be no one at the check in desk even during the staffed hours. I checked out early so I just gave my key card with the security guard who left it on the desk. (I did also message the hotel via whatsapp but received no reply). Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and think it is worth the price.
