Reviews
Location was nearer to the airport so it’s good for someone with an early flight. Otherwise, the staff were really great and welcoming and had great service. Breakfast was fine and staff had great service. Kudos especially To Tri who was very enthusiastic about serving guests
Hotel is only 5 minutes away from the airport. Service was top notch, security guard open our doors and helped with our luggage and brought it up to our room. The room was just like how it advertised. The hotel entrance was beautiful and magnificent, makes you feel welcomed and luxurious. Their morning buffet and service was very good. It is very minimal, but their food was delicious and well prepared. Tri and Nghia had top notch customer service, they apologized for any conveniences, smiled and had a nice vibe, was very easy to communicate, took away dirty plates you weren’t using anymore, and are very quick to get your coffee and pho. I recommend staying at this place, it has a spa, sauna, pool, etc. They also have lots of souvenirs shops, restaurants, and night markets around. Very touristy spot, but the hotel definitely blocks out the noise, so you do get a good night sleep. Stayed at this hotel for a layover. 10/10
Location was only close to airport but far off from city, markets and main streets
Breakfast also had very limited items
Denied for late check out even when most rooms were empty
Security guards were very helpful with luggage and everything
