Bach Suites Saigon, A Member Of Design Hotels

We had a really pleasant stay overall. The location is great, the room was spacious, and the hotel lobby has a lovely signature scent that creates a very welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed the breakfast—it was small but thoughtfully prepared, with a nice selection of quality items. The only downside was the noise at night. It was probably because we stayed over the weekend, but there was a loud party across the street that went on into the night. The hotel thoughtfully provided earplugs in the room, so I assume this is something they unfortunately can’t really control. One thing that left a less positive impression happened during check-out. The staff immediately checked the room before completing the check-out (perhaps this is common practice in Vietnam). They told me they couldn’t find a hanger and asked if I knew where it was. They eventually said it was okay and they’d look for it again, but the whole interaction made me feel like I was being suspected of taking it. Honestly… what would I even do with a hotel hanger? 😂 I truly didn’t take it! Hopefully they eventually found the missing hanger and cleared my name. Overall, we still had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel. I hope the check-out process can be handled a little more smoothly in the future.

First time in Vietnam and highly recommend this place! The location is good and the rooms are really nice and spacious. On top of that, the service is excellent - especially Hieu Le at the front desk. He really went above and beyond by helping me with my food reservations, deliveries, and making appointments for me at the spa nearby etc. He is extremely kind, friendly, and efficient. Thank you Hieu!

Oh my goodness was this place amazing! The people were so welcoming and jumped to help us at anything! The rooms are so beautiful and have such a good design. The food was just the best part, it had this exquisite breakfast buffet that has a wide variety of cuisines from Asian to Western. It has so much fresh food made everyday and on request, and I ate so much I gained 2kgs just from it!! Also Thuy and Kevin just made it so wonderful, they went out of their way to notice small details and talk to us everyday! Love this place!!❤️❤️

The hotel has a good foundation with its warm team and cleanliness, but the facilities need some attention. With a few improvements, especially to the beds, breakfast variety and plumbing. The hotel is situated near a drinking establishment, which got quite noisy at night, not ideal if you’re a light sleeper. That said, the hotel was thoughtful enough to provide earplugs, so at least they’re aware of the issue and try to mitigate it.
