We stayed here for 5 nights. Right in the center and the location is very good. When booking the hotel they give you a lot of coupons such as free drink tickets.
The doorman Quan is very nice and assisted us with our luggages. He always have a great smile and opens the door for us.
The front desk is very accommodating and can assist you with all your needs.
The breakfast is very good with many sandwiches, viet soups, and western items too. They also provide go-to lunches when you have to go out for a long day. Big thank you to Phuc who was always so kind and accommodating.
I am taking away one star because the hotel soaps aren't very good. Also, it was annoying that there was no soap by our sink.

We attended the Phin Time workshop at the Alagon Hotel. Our instructor - Nicolas was outstanding. His knowledge of coffee was exceptional and it was the most fascinating workshop I attended in Vietnam. I will be drinking salt coffee and egg coffees relentlessly after tasting what fine coffee can actually be. Nicolas was extremely personable and engaging and is a credit to the hotel. I thought Australian coffee was great, but even if you don’t like coffee, you must do this! A true 5 star experience.

The moment you step inside, you are immediately greeted with warm hospitality. The foyer smells absolutely amazing, feeling more like a serene day spa than a city hotel, and the entire property is kept spotlessly neat and tidy.

The amenities cater to everyone, whether you are traveling as a couple or a family. We loved having access to the rooftop pool, a well-equipped gym, a sauna, and a day spa that stays open late—perfect after a day of exploring. Our room was very cute, spotless, and came with a fully stocked complimentary mini bar, which was such a thoughtful touch!

A massive shout-out to **Leon** and **Leo**! They were exceptionally polite, helpful, and attentive throughout our entire 24-hour stay. They were so lovely to our daughter and always greeted us with genuine, warm smiles. Out of our entire two-week holiday in Vietnam, this was easily the best customer service we experienced.
We will definitely be returning and cannot recommend Alagon D'Antique enough!
We enjoyed our stay thanks to the wonderful staff and their excellent customer service. The location was great, and the staff were all friendly. A special thank you to Tín, Adam, Vy, Max, and Tia for being so kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside was the small ensuite, and the high bathtub made showering difficult, especially for elderly guests.
We visited tonight for drinks up on the rooftop bar followed by dinner down in the restaurant - what a fantastic experience from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, delivering some of the best customer service we’ve encountered during our time in Vietnam. We’re visiting from Australia and felt genuinely welcomed the entire evening. The rooftop is a great spot to kick off the night and the restaurant didn’t disappoint either. Easily one of the standout places we’ve been to on this trip. Highly recommend!
