We have a wonderful stay at hotel.The location near ben thanh market.We book ed 2room m and request same floor,and can get the rooms exactly as we hoped.The breakfast was delicious,hand brewed coffee is served.Staff warm,friendly and very helpful We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel.
I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel. Every staff member was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived, and I truly appreciate everything they did to make my stay enjoyable. I was especially grateful that even though I arrived late for breakfast, the staff kindly prepared breakfast for me instead of turning me away. That thoughtful gesture meant a lot to me and showed how much they care about their guests. Thank you so much for your exceptional service and kindness. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit Ho Chi Minh City, and I will happily recommend this hotel to my friends and colleagues. Looking forward to coming back!
The hotel has a great location, Ms. Zoe was very attentive, allowing me to check in early and recommending all the nearby services. The staff were incredibly friendly and always helpful when I requested assistance. The room was very cozy and artistic. I had a very fulfilling stay here.
Amazing hospitality – truly above and beyond! OMG, this hotel is so good. I completely miscalculated my flight time and arrived at 8 AM instead of 8 PM after traveling for 19 hours. I was beyond exhausted and fully expected to wait hours—but the experience turned out to be amazing. Chị Phượng at the front desk was incredibly kind, welcoming, and thoughtful. She immediately understood my situation and truly tried her best to get me a room as soon as possible. On top of that, she even offered me breakfast, which meant so much after such a long journey. The staff here are genuinely caring and hospitable—you can feel it the moment you walk in. Hands down, one of the most welcoming hotel experiences I’ve had. Huge thank you to the entire team at Anh & Em Art Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again! 💛
Rooms and reception were unhygienic and mouldy, although hotel staff were aware of the odour and uncleanliness they continued to book out the rooms. Little details like the shower opening inwards are really unsafe, windows being filled with tissue paper, and the pool being empty without any communication with guests. Cigarette smoke can be smelt all throughout the elevators, lobby and rooms. You will definitely hear all the noise from the street from your room, and in my experience the level of noise from other guests is intolerable. Furthermore, some staff members were pushy, and over stepped boundaries. The buffet was horrible! But the one positive was the location as it was walking distance to a lot of food and shopping hubs, in the same breath there a much better hotels in the area. Would not stay again!
