We had a fantastic canoeing tour with guide Kairi. He was so friendly and helpful. The location was beautiful and it was all very well organised. Kairi even spotted a rare eagle on our paddle - perfect morning. In the afternoon we visited Yubu Island - such a treat to be carried across the channel by the water buffalo and the gardens were lovely.

Kayaking in the mangroves was fun and enjoyed the challenge of navigating around the trees. Unfortunately two of the womenâs showers didnât work so it took a long time and the shower room has visible mold on a wall. Barasu Island kayaking was cancelled so I joined the bus trip to Yubu Island via water buffalo cart instead which was crowded, hot, a bit smelly and all in Japanese. I still had fun taking the cart and in Yubu.
Awesome experience with our instructor Jun. Have never explored a mangrove forest before and so it was a very unique experience. We took our kayaks through a challenging route - very narrow paths between the mangroves. It would be so easy to get lost if it wasnât for our guide. Next we went back to town for lunch / free time - though many places were not open on a Thursday lunch. We ended up in a small soba place and also visiting the local supermarket. After lunch was snorkelling with the same instructor - he made sure everyone was prepared and comfortable with the gear and we were ready to go. We saw so many fish it was like being in an aquarium! And the coral was magnificent - underwater beauty everywhere you looked. Only issue was that it was too short! We were back at 3 when we could have stayed happily until 4pm!
Thank you for the tour! I went as a solo traveller and even if I didnât speak Japanese I had a lot of fun. Mangrove canoeing was a new experience and we saw a lot of different animals on the way. My guide Tomochin was very kind and fun. He sent many photos about our day. The nearby typhoon cancelled the section to Yubu island but this tour made the trip to iriomote worth it even in bad weather.
The experience was a lot of fun! The guide Mr Yusuke did a lot of work to make sure we could have a great experience! The buffalo cart was super cute.
Our guide, Chill, was so informative and friendly. He spoke English so well, and provided us with a good insight into the features of the area. He was very efficient and we really enjoyed out time in the cave and in the mangroves. He also took many photos and sent them to us afterwards. I would highly recommend this trip and our family agreed this was a definite highlight from our tine on Iriomote.

It was totally a real jungle cruise and amazed me every seconds with going up a river for about half an hour. Nature of Iriomote island is absolutely amazing and I love this place. Iâve joined several nature tours in here before. There are many one-day hard trekking tour or canoeing tour, and those are so exciting and suit for active relaxation. But this time, I come here just for relax with staying Taketomi island, where preserves traditional Okinawa village. Therefore, half day tour was a really nice choice for me. Lying down on SUP and see the sky though the mangrove leaves was just so relaxing. Last but not least, tour guide Mr. Murakami knows a lot about natures and inspired me in many ways! Thank you so much!
It was my first trip to Iriomote Island. I had a wonderful experience exploring the mangroves by canoe. I was able to keep memories because many photos were taken during the tour. The guide shared interesting facts about Iriomote Island even while we were traveling and during the tour, so it was a fun tour from start to finish!
Because of the approaching typhoon, we couldn't go to the three islands, so it was a sightseeing experience on two islands, but my mother got to see the mangroves and I got to go snorkeling, so it was very fun. In the canoe, the three of us couldn't agree on a rhythm and paddled separately, so we couldn't get to where everyone was, but we were saved because the guide, Miku-san, came to pick us up and guided us, lol. I was able to enjoy it without getting bored, as you told me a lot about the island, plants, and living organisms. I want to come again someday.
I was happy to be able to see precious creatures such as sea turtles, sea snakes, and seahorses. Thank you very much
Mangrove SAP & Balas Island snorkeling was great. The kids are snorkeling for the first time. I was very lucky to meet sea turtles in such beautiful waters. Beautifully colored fish and corals of all sizes were all precious experiences. Thank you so much for all the photos we couldn't take ourselves. I'm glad I could watch it again and again as a memory. Sechan diving more and more, Sechan explaining in English, it was cool. Thank you for a day of enjoying the great outdoors.
The ocean was beautiful and fun! I just found two turtles. The guide was kind, too!
Due to the approaching typhoon, we only had a canoe tour through the mangroves from sightseeing on the three islands, but we were able to have a good time with the kind response of the guide and the talk that kept us occupied. The mangrove experience itself was a very good memory, with spectacular scenery and the exhilaration of canoeing on the water! Thank you very much.
It was a lot of fun. The guides were kind, friendly and lovely. I want to participate again.
We sup in the morning and canyoned in the afternoon! It was my first time to sup, but I could afford it! It was laid back, the weather was good, the wind was pleasant and the climate relaxed my mind! Canyoning is the best way to dive! The city girl who got tired of roller coaster is by all means jumping in ðââïž
On the second day of our trip to Ishigaki, we took the Adventure PiPi on the Iriomotte Canoe and Yuhujima Island Courses. We were informed that it was difficult to get to the closed relationship with the island of Varas, and the amount was refunded as quickly as the amount, and the tour itself was not just a quick tour to see the area really in detail! The tour is conducted in Japanese because there are many Japanese locals, but the guide will explain it slowly in English. I haven't spoken Japanese since I came in and spent a lot of time, and Mr. Kono explained it very kindly and very well. His parents don't speak English well either, but he understood what Mr. Kono explained. Also, the local restaurants can have most of the reservations, but there are many cases when you have to make a phone or internet reservation, so it was uncomfortable to tell you the menu you want to eat. Reasonable price and delicious place to book well, so your parents said it was delicious too! Koreans who don't speak Japanese come and meet a Kono guide, so you can enjoy your trip without worrying about food. At the end of the tour, you can contact us individually and be very kind to help. And when you go to the Adventure PiPi site, you can find a variety of activities to enjoy and we also used PiPi to enjoy the trip while traveling. The team also proceeds with a few, so you can enjoy it comfortably. This trip was really fun and thanks to Mr. Kono:)
I enjoyed canoeing. Iâm glad they explained everything, whether it was traveling by bus or exploring the mangroves! The buffalo was cuteâª
We were worried about the weather because a typhoon was coming, but the day turned out to be a beautiful, clear day! On the morning mangrove tour, we took a leisurely canoe and SUP ride through the sunlight filtering through the trees to the waterfall. We had a great time listening to the guide's stories and getting splashed by the waterfall. In the afternoon, we went to Miracle Island. Because of the tide, it felt more like a sandy beach than an island, but we had a great time watching the fish! (The waves were a little high.) The guide repeatedly called out to us about dangerous points and points to be careful of, so we felt at ease knowing that safety was being taken into consideration.
I participated with my children! We had a wonderful time exploring the nature of the mangrove forest, canoeing, and splashing in the waterfall! Thanks to our guide, Mr. Chiba, who was kind, polite, interesting, and fun, it became a wonderful memory. I'm glad we got lots of photos.
It was a much more fun tour than I had imagined! The guide was kind and polite, and taught me a lot about Iriomote, so I was very satisfied. I would definitely like to participate again!
I wanted to do mangrove canoeing on Iriomote Island, so even though I booked Pipi's tour on short notice the day before, they were very accommodating. Our guide, Xavi, shared lots of interesting facts about Iriomote, and we were able to enjoy the activity 120%! Thank you very much! What's more, after the tour, they dropped us off at the accommodation where we were staying that day, which was very helpful! The guides' friendly atmosphere and smooth service made it a fun time. I would like to use them again when I come to Iriomote.
I was taken care of by the instructor, Shu. We went canoeing and to Barasu Island, and were surprised by all the things I had never heard before, such as the nature and creatures of Iriomote Island, the connection between mangroves and coral, and the stars. Thank you for being so kind to me! The photos you took were also wonderful. I will come again.
It was my first time mangrove canoeing and trekking on Iriomote Island. I was surprised by the sudden rain and thunder, but it was a very enjoyable experience, and the kind support and detailed explanations from our guide Shu made it a lot of fun. I'm amazed that you can walk through a strong river while holding a fifth grade elementary school student! I'm glad I got to hear a lot about Iriomote Island. I think it's a very recommended tour.
Morning was cabing, diving into the basin, exhilarating, afternoon was relaxing mangrove canoe, it was fun. I liked Mr. Mu's cheerful guide. I want to come back to a different season.
It's a half-day plan, but the content was great! The person in charge, Ms. Mu, is also recommended with easy-to-understand and careful explanations.
We felt 100% natural and the guides were friendly to us and we were able to play freely without worrying! Here's to the best of journeys!
This is the second Iriomote Island of my life! But the last tour was more than 5 years ago, so it was rainy and only for cruising on Nakama Island. I was really worried about the weather on the changeable island, but sunny!!! This is PiPi's first time on tour! It was a solo trip, but the guide took many nice photos! It was my first time in my life, but thanks to the easy-to-understand lectures, even I, a dull person, was able to stand! He explained so many plants, insects and crabs in the jungle, it was just amazing! You'll never know if you just watch it without a guide!! I can't tell you the mystique of the limestone caves anymore! It was a lot of fun. This half-day tour offers such a close-up experience, and we hope that nature lovers as well as those who are less interested in nature will join us. I wanted you to feel unspeakable emotion! Thank you, guide Ume-chan!
Thanks to our energetic guide Yuri, we had a good time! We couldn't go to Barras Island, but it was a meaningful day.
The guide's explanation is polite and interesting. You don't have to be physically strong. It might not be enough for people who exercise regularly.... It was a solo event, but it was very entertaining.
I enjoyed Mr. Mu's guide. This was my first sup experience and I was able to enjoy Iriomote Island comfortably. Thank you very much.
I had many beautiful photos taken. It was very difficult to bring your own camera, so I appreciate that. The guides were friendly and had a great time.
They taught us a lot about plants and animals, and it was a mangrove tour! It was not a busy season, so there were few people and I could enjoy nature. You can take a lot of photos and share your data on LINE. It was good because the facilities such as showers were well equipped.
I chose to tour the limestone cave and SUP. It was a tour with careful explanations and an insatiable time to fully enjoy the nature of Iriomote Island. It was raining when it was clear along the way, but I think you can enjoy it in any weather! The tour guide was also very nice and I got to know the people I was with and had a great time! I'd love to join you when you come back to Iriomote!
We explored the limestone cave with SUP and trekked to the waterfall. The weather was not good, with rain, but that was good. It was a satisfying tour, thanks in part to a fun guide! I also had a lot of photos taken!
I went on a limestone cave exploration and SUP tour. It was my first experience of both, but I fully enjoyed the easy explanation and kind follow-up. It was also a very fun and friendly tour, with a very funny and friendly guide, and we got along very well with the groups we were in! I would love to participate again.
Thank you for your valuable experience! It was heartening for those of us who were new to Iriomote Island to take the tour while listening to our experienced guides. Thank you for the lovely photo at the end of the trip.
While enjoying the scenery, they taught us a lot about nature and living things in Iriomote, which was definitely more fun than just walking! It was my first time in my life, but I was excited to feel like an expedition. The quality of the photos on the set was also amazing. They posed in pairs at several photo spots and took pictures, and received about 100 free photos in total. It was even processed, and it felt like I was accompanied by a professional photographer! Our guide, Tomo, was attentive throughout and we had a pleasant time. I'd like to go on another tour if I get another chance.
· You can taste the great nature that you cannot taste anywhere else · You can take a photo including the last point Kula Waterfall ã»You can also enjoy it for the first time SUP because it teaches you carefully ã»Recommended for those who don't have time!! ãWe left Ishigaki Port at 8:30 and were able to return to Ishigaki Island at 13:30 after activation Now I want to activate differently in Iriomote Island! I look forward to working with you then.
Yuri, who was in charge of the tour, and the other pipi people I met were very energetic and cheerful, and it was a great tour!
We couldn't go to Barras due to the strong winds, but we could canoe and trek the mangroves, so it was fun! The waterfall was also powerful.
It was a bit disappointing because the wind was too strong on that day to go to Barras Island, which was a mangrove and limestone cave. The mangrove canoeing was a great time as time passed very slowly. The limestone caves are exciting, like a little exploration. Overall, I can't get enough of Musa's story. Thank you very much.
It was my first time at SUP, but I enjoyed it surprisingly. It was fun to hear about creatures and other things on the trek.
In the morning, we went to SUP and experienced caves. In the afternoon, our flight to Barras Island was cancelled and we took a canyoning tour as an alternative course. Seven people participated in the morning and three in the afternoon. Three couples were joined by an old man nearing his 60th birthday alone, but he managed to finish the tour because he was so concerned about jumping into the basin. If you want to have a similar experience on your own, you need to rent a car, and when you think about finding equipment and places, I don't think there's any way other than to go on tour. I thought Connie, a member of the PIPI staff, was always caring for the participants and made sure the tour was a good memory for them. I'd like to join another tour before I get caught up in the tour's age limit. Thank you, Connie.
The contents are very thick! Even if it's your first time, our guide is kind enough to teach you! I have more trivia about plants and the characteristics of Iriomote Island! We enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour and also we enjoyed the Wildlife Preserve and Takhini Hot Spring tour. Thank you very much.
I took a day trip from Ishigaki Island!! It was an activity that allowed me to fully enjoy the charm of Iriomote Island for even a day. The guides were friendly and kind and took a lot of wonderful photos. If you are worried about using your smartphone by the water, this is a great service. If you come to Iriomote Island, I would love to use it again.
I have experienced the first Iriomote Island, SUP on the Kula River and snorkeling on Balas Island. From the sea, paddle sup to the Kula River and plunge into the mangroves! See lots of plants and fish, and finally play in the waterfall and go back to the sea I enjoyed it for beginners because there is no wind or waves, Then around the time I had lunch, a sudden thunderstorm! We couldn't get on the boat for a while and waited to see what would happen, but the guide "Tomo-kun"'s nice suggestion made us play sightseeing taxi instead of sheltering from the rain! We managed to get past the thunderstorm and went snorkeling on Barras Island! There was a swell, we ran into turtles, we saw lots of coral and fish. I had my own limits, but my guide, Tomo, took a lot of photos at great angles! I think Iriomote Island still has a lot to offer, so when you come back, I would love to appoint a guide, Tomo-kun, to enjoy Iriomote Island. Just in time to see the Milky Way and the Aquariids meteor shower, I'm so impressed! It's become the best Iriomote!
This was my first trip to Iriomote. SUP on the Kula River Island Hopping and Snorkeling Playing sightseeing taxi (laughs). It was my first experience. of Tomoaki Sawayama (Handsome Guide) Iriomote Island nature with peace of mind I enjoyed it(^-^) And you took so many wonderful pictures. I was thrilled. In the season when the Sagaribana blooms I would like to visit again.
Snorkeling on Barras Island was such a beautiful and wonderful memory! The guide will show you various positions, such as where the fish are, so it was more fun!! Also, the mangrove sup was very funny to guide us and made us laugh! I was happy to see so many photos taken!
The weather. We found out that we could not go to Barras Island, one of the activities, and they suggested another canyoning. They gave us a lot of options on the phone, and although it was the first time we didnât know many things, we felt safe going into the day! We had the opportunity to experience Sapp, Limestone Cave and Canyoning, all of which were so much fun that it was a great memory!! I'm glad I chose this course to experience the great nature of Iriomote Island! Shall we go the next day too? I even thought it was lol I definitely want to go again when I get another chance! They took a lot of pictures and it was a great memory! Thank you very much ^ ^
I managed to get to Iriomote Island in the swell after the typhoon, and it was a great view. My friendly brother guided me to a mangrove SUP, a waterfall I arrived at on a trek, and a mystical limestone cave experience. Thank you for taking so many commemorative photos, all of which are activities that can only be experienced on tour. It was like a real jungle cruise and I was able to turn into a child. I couldn't go to Barras Island this time because of the swell, but I definitely want to go there next time.
