Stop At: Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park is located in the heart of Hiroshima, near the epicenter of the atomic bomb dropped on August 6, 1945. The park was established to remember the victims of the bombing and to promote peace.

Tickets are not included one of the few buildings that survived the atomic bombing of Hiroshima. Today, it serves as the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park Rest House, where visitors can see the preserved basement that withstood the blast. The building also features a café, a gift shop, and tourist information.

We did a day walking tour with Tomo. Such great energy and spoke great english. really friendly, and real knowledgeable. was a detailed tour, and a great pace with lots of breaks. We finished the trip with lunch which was so nice in a quiet spot. Tomo was excellent and really made the difference. Highly recommended

It was a very pleasant tour. My guide knew exactly where to go and where to get good pictures and had a lot of information to share about each spot. Thanks to that I understood a lot mor significance of the things i saw. We did the tour in japanese so it was very good practise but she also spoke very good english if we ever hit a snag in our communication. Overall a fantastic walking tour.

After such an incredible experience the first time, I just had to join Marin for another tour. We explored the stunning Shukkeien Garden and Hiroshima Castle, and once again, Marin exceeded every expectation.
What makes Marin so special is her ability to tailor the atmosphere to the setting and her unique energy. In the serene Shukkeien Garden, she shared fascinating insights into the 'miniature landscapes' with such poise, allowing us to truly soak in the tranquility. At Hiroshima Castle, she brought the samurai history to life with her trademark sharp intellect and vibrant storytelling.
Even after another half day, her energy remained infectious. She has this rare gift of making history feel personal and present, never like a dry lecture.
