Hina and driver were excellent. Very relaxed while seeing so much. A must see and do for anyone in the world to do.!
We booked the 7 hour Hiroshima/Miyajima tour. Our wonderful guide Eri was fantastic with pre tour communications and accommodating our later arrival. She was knowledgeable, friendly and kept a great pace to ensure we got to see everything we wanted to see. She constantly made sure we were happy, answered all our questions and took some great family photos of us. Although Hiroshima is confronting, it’s a must see for anyone visiting Japan. Delish lunch of okonomiyaki and visit to Miyajima, which we intent to return to. Thank you Eri for a wonderful experience, we highly recommend anyone booking their tour with Eri
All the guides that we had in our tours in Japan were very good. But Toshi IS special. Not only that he prepared our tour meticulously, like no other. But he took care to adapt the course of the tour to our specific needs and preferences. And more than that: he is the son of a survivor of the Hiroshima bombing. So, beyond the usual information every guide will give you, he has a genuine STORY to tell. And he recounts the story in an accurate, yet unbiased way. This makes him truly unique. A warm voice, a big heart, a bright mind, and a dynamic person — lively as quicksilver, despite his age... Can you believe this man is in his 70's? Meet Toshi! You won’t regret.
Today was a special experience, we learned a lot about the history and sad past of Hiroshima and then visited the amazing Miyajima island. Emiko was a warm and knowledgeable guide, she spoke Japanese to help my daughter learn. We are very grateful for this amazing day!
Saori was an amazing guide! She took the time at all the stops and to answer all our question. We enjoyed the tour and all the information she shared. Even with already some pre-knowledge, we learned plenty of new things and still found it very interesting. She also shared some additional city tips, that were very nice. Thank you Saori! 🙏✨
Our day with Joe wasawesome. He took a lot of time to explain things to the children clearly even things that weren't really part of the tour.
Emiko was a truly wonderful guide. Personable, very knowledgeable (knew every answer to every question!) and genuinely seemed so passionate about her job. I would recommend booking this tour with Emiko - you will love her after spending the day with her!
This tour was one of the highlights of our entire trip to Japan. Our guide Masa was absolutely wonderful and made it so special! She guided us through the Peace Memorial Museum, the Peace Park, and the Dome with incredible knowledge and sensitivity, It was a very emotional experience, and she handled with with grace, knowledge and heart. She didn’t just give us facts, she gave us context, history and human stories that made it all so much more meaningful. Beyond that, Masa was just a joy to be around. Funny, kind and so generous in sharing her culture. We loved learning about Japanese customs from her, her introduction to a fun local favorite okonomiyaki eatery, and hearing about her family and life in Hiroshima. It made the city feel so much more personal. We would be remiss not to mention our driver. He was so professional, polite and accommodating. We can’t thank Masa enough for such an informative, moving and genuinely fun experience. Thank you for such a beautiful day!

Excellent tour with our guide Toshi who brought us through the Peace Memorial Museum at Hiroshima, as well as the surrounding grounds and area. We then travelled to Miyajima Island to see the floating Tori gate and shrine. Toshi was informative and kind and knew all the ways to make the tour easy and smooth. Highly recommend!
Taka was an amazing tour guide! He was kind and helpful during the duration of our tour. I went with my parents and grandparents, everything was accessible and easy to navigate. My family does many tours as we travel Asia and this is one of my favorite. The day was filled with a good mixture of fun, education and good food. As someone who enjoys history the museum was great, even though the crowds were a bit large. Through out the trip Taka was super duper amazing. Highly recommend this tour and Taka as your guide
