We used the business area, which was 600¥. There was a coffee machine there, so I thought it was part of the fee. I made a coffee and was later told that it is 800¥ for a coffee! 800¥!!! The worst part is that the coffee didn't even fill 1/3 of the cup! I'm completely SHOCKED!

This hotel is really nice!! well trained concierges are very helpful and full of hospitality.... except one young man with black casual suit, standing at the front desk. He talks well but the way he talks sounds a bit errogant and impatient.... he needs to be trained again... or the total hotel reputation would be going down otherwise...
I loved the stay in Kure Morisawa Hotel a lot. The ambiance was very soothing and the people were also very hospitable. They always greeted me with a smile both at the reception and dining area. The cleanliness was top notch. And the location is very convenient - daiso, lawson, wants, family mart all are in walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough, I loved it so much.
Small rooms by U.S. hotel measures, and non-smoking rooms had been smoked in recently. Staff was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was a nice mix of western and japanese culture.
