Valuewise, it’s 5 stars. Wanted to put 4.5 but Google doesn’t allow. Review from 2 Ambassador Elites. Room is good - enough space and nice. Bathroom setup is a bit weird (open) and room is a bit old / low tech (e.g., no direct phone chargers, no Netflix). Room would be the main downside (3/4 out of 5) but staff was VERY VERY considerate in amenities within the room. Gym is decent. Breakfast is good! Many options. Location is amazing because it’s near to the station and so easily accessible with a lot of signs to reach it. Would definitely come back!

The rooms feel dated and are in need of renovation and updating. There was also a noticeable smell in the room that I found unpleasant. The bathroom configuration was another major issue. It offered virtually no privacy, making the room completely unsuitable for two or three people sharing. This is a significant design flaw that seriously affected the comfort of our stay. Overall, the hotel does not offer the standard or comfort I would expect for the price. Given the dated rooms, unpleasant smell, and lack of bathroom privacy, I would not consider it good value for money.
Great location, with very quick and easy access to Hiroshima station. The service from staff was great, however I can't rate the overall service higher. You have to pay approximately 2,000 yen per person to use the pool which should be a complimentary facility. It's an ordinary hotel pool - there was absolutely nothing special or exclusive about it. I paid for my child (8 years old) to use it and the staff were very kind, and let me sit by the pool to supervise her, and help her in the locker/change room, which is mandatory to use. The room is well appointed, though as others have commented, the toilet area does not feel very private.
Very nice hotel to stay in while visiting Hiroshima. They have restaurants on site and is walking distance to shops (including a Pokemon Center), restaurants, and the train station. Room was spacious and clean and the staff was kind. Recommend if you are looking to take an early train with proximity to the station but also want to get around the city.
The location is next door to the remodeled Hiroshima Station! It has a ton of great food options, an amazing grocery store and makes it so easy coming off of the bullet train and taking trains in Hiroshima. It’s easy to navigate at this station. Our corner king room had fabulous views. I loved the open/clean bathroom feel too. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations as well. I was told by the family several times, nice work picking this place! Oh and bonus-there is a Pokeman store next door in the station. My son scored cards and many stuffies there. It was the cherry on top! We loved this high rise hotel in beautiful Hiroshima. P.S. Take the Aquanet fast paced ferry to Mijajima Island. It was one of our favorite activities we did in Japan.
