We chose this hotel because we had previously stayed at another hotel from the same chain in Tokyo and had a very good experience there. This hotel did not disappoint either!
The lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly, helpful, and professional. It was also very convenient that we could leave our luggage at the hotel.
Our room was clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. We really have nothing to complain about. The whole hotel had a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere, and we felt very comfortable during our stay.
Overall, a lovely place to stay and definitely a hotel we would consider choosing again! ❤️
I stayed here for a couple of night in February 2026. The room was small but comfortable. Had nice views of the city from the 25th floor, plus free snacks and drinks in the evening. I’m going to book a stay here again in Feb 2027.
This hotel was amazing!!! The staff there were extremely kind, and managed to give me all the help needed to settle into Hiroshima. This place truly deserves these 5 stars due to its hard work and fantastic team.
When I arrived, it had a very modern design with very nice staff members and check-in went by really quickly. As I entered my hotel room, it had a very modern and contained futuristic components like magnetic 'DO NOT DISTURB' signs. The view this building gives of heroshima is amazing and let's you get a high view of the city.
Outside the hotel is a very clean and modern street with a calm a relaxing place to go on a walk.
The breakfast they serve is very futuristic. One good they offer is the pancake, you get to pour your own batch of pancake batter and watch it cook right Infront of your eyes. They also have a very tasty range of beverages and pastries as well as cooked foods like bacon.
I'm very grateful I had the opportunity to stay at this hotel and it was a very good experience. I would highly recommend a stay here.
I stayed at Mitsui Garden Hotel Hiroshima and really enjoyed the experience. The room felt a little dated, but it was clearly well maintained and the city view was a nice touch. The staff were attentive and easy to deal with, which made the stay even better. I also liked the pyjamas more than I expected — a small detail, but a memorable one.
This was one of the best places we stayed at in Japan. The room is a bit small but the service is just amazing. They provide a complimentary tour of Hiroshima monuments that starts with learning to make the Origami crane. Midorii was amazing and told us a lot of things about the city we would not have known otherwise. The staff is super helpful and polite. The lounge on 25th floor has amazing view of the city and some amazing snacks and drinks in the evening. All major tourist attractions and markets are at walking distance and the bus stop too is very close to the hotel making it very convenient.
