During the Obon holiday, my relatives came to visit and the place was so crowded that I was worried I wouldn't be able to find accommodation, but luckily this hotel was booked. The futons were fluffy and the room was quiet, and I used the Japanese-Western style room eight times. It was so comfortable that I extended my stay to another night. The front desk staff were very polite and accommodating even with a late check-in, so I'm glad I chose this hotel.

The front desk staff were very polite and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. There's an electric kitchen and dishes, but there are no pots, cutting boards, or knives, so you'll need to bring your own to cook. For a normal stay, there's nothing inconvenient, but if you bring your own cooking utensils, you can also cook for yourself during a longer stay.
This was a perfect place for me while visiting Hiroshima. It was close enough that I could get anywhere, but far enough that it was nice and quiet, which reduced my stress a lot. The staff was incredibly helpful. They helped me make some phone calls (as I do not speak Japanese) and even mailed me some items I left behind to my next hotel. I would definitely stay here again. My room was a little large for just one person, if you are traveling solo you may be able to find cheaper options that are smaller and have less amenities like a kitchen. (Or there might be other rooms in this hotel that are smaller)
Very good facilities .
Comfortable modern room. The staff was lovely. There is a loft and the ladder to access it is mounted to the bed platform. This might cause difficulty for those who have mobility issues to climb around it
