Captain has a bad attitude and the Barbie bartender is just not bright! Way too much Finnish on the intercom. Two stars at best!

Reviews
Really was just an average tour, would have preferred to have done something else. It is good to be on the water but there were really wasn’t too much to see.
Easy to locate, friendly crew, plenty of seating. Informative commentary, in short and sweet bursts.
We really enjoyed our cruise! The boat has a cute cafe where you can get drinks and food and it has an indoor and outdoor section. The market by the boat is fun to explore as well so give yourself a little time before or after.
Great 90 minute cruise. You meet right behind the market square- and the cruise gives you a nice look of the areas surrounding Helsinki
A nice tour of the archipelago with narration. Very interesting to hear the history of some of the outer islands. We sat on top of the boat and depending on the wind direction it could get really cold and windy.
Be prepared that you not supposed to have a lunch/buffet on the upper deck
Very nice experience, you can have drinks on board.
It was a really pleasant experience. The weather was gorgeous as it was I’d summer June 21. I was alone but met some lovely Finish people who I sat with.
Good. Nice swrvise. Good weather
It was awesome i likes it very much
Midsummer in Helsinki, almost deserted, most restaurants closed. The cruise in the afternoon was almost the only choice to entertain our young friends. Despite the timing, we would have preferred an evening cruise with dinner. The meal, however, was excellent, a buffet added by a fish or meat ( great lamb!) and desert surprised by both the flavors and the price. ☆☆☆☆☆
The weather and view were great. Sightseeing here was very nice since the service was respectable
It was really nice since the weather was great and the view was impeccable
This cruise was excellent for a family. The water was serene. The historical information provided was informative. The food options were limited but tasty. I would highly recommend. It was not too long or too short. The vendor was very accommodating. I was able to rebook for a different day, and when I arrived early, we were able to board the 4:00 p.m. cruise instead of 5:00 p.m.
It seemed like more of an eating/drinking cruise than sightseeing one. People were loud and talking so you couldn’t hear well the little information the program provided. Was just ok.
A very enjoyable experience. Great commentary and very comfortable vessel. Very friendly staff on board refreshments available
Great tour even though it rained! Very informative and the scenery was beautiful. Highly recommend!
Lovely way to spend an hour and a half around the archipelago of Helsinki, plenty of of information about the various islands
Be prepared for the cold wind especially if sitting outside. You also might want to see about getting the headset, as it was very difficult to hear what was being explained.
Despite the biting, cold wind, the trip around the archipelago of Helsinki was worthwhile. The recorded commentary cut out now and again - Norman Collier-esq- but overall, I enjoyed it. I went at 11:00am on Sunday 26th April, and found the staff pleasant: especially the blonde haired lady who met, greeted and served us throughout the trip (she may have not been working there too long but was really great). Actually, she was lovely and I’ve added an extra ratings star because of her warmth and affability 🌟
The tour was 1h only and not 1.5 h as it says whem you book it. Does not worth the requested price...
Beautiful boat, immaculate condition. Comfortable seating. Knowledgeable guide. Great value for money.
Tour was good and boat was very nice inside. Tour only lasted 60 minutes, not 90 minutes as advertised.
This was a very informative tour. This was well worth the ticket price. We were able to sit outside take in the scenery while listening about the history of Finland.
It was great experience! The fee was really normal. One hour of beautuful visit the capital of Finland by the sea - length enough. Very nice excursion. Great history to be heard.
Great cruise. Very informative. Knowledgable staff. Good boat. A very pleasant tour around the Helsinki coast.
Directions to the boat should be very clear. The market place has many stands. You should clearly state that we should look for the boat and not a person with a red flag
Pretty underwhelming experience. The trip consisted of going around in a slow circle out at sea with not much to look at — just distant buildings along the coastline. They played a recording for commentary, but no one could actually hear it, which made it even more pointless. Overall, it felt long, boring, and not worth the time or money. Wouldn’t recommend.
Paid for a trip via Trip Advisor but it was cancelled due to lack of customers. Was told I had to write to the tour company about refund as I did not pay them directly. Did this. No reply no refund. £50 for no trip.
Our trip was cancelled due to fog and it’s been 2 months but I still haven’t received our refund from the tickets. I bought the tickets online.
The weather was rainy but the trip was pleasant. A special thanks to Madhumita who served us with a smile which is a blessing on a rainy day.
Great audio tour with very interesting information. Learnt a lot about Finish history that I never knew before
Completely ok experience. However, 1) there had been rain about 15 min prior to us arriving at the boat (no more rain during the trip), and the seats outside were wet, nobody on the boat cared to sweep them dry for us, and 2) there is quite a lot of chatter from less interested tourists, so it would have been good to increase the volume somewhat, or made it possible to receive the info about the surroundings by headsets rather than a speaker. Just a suggestion. Also, the price of sodas onboard were insanely hight, they might have sold much more with more reasonable pricing.
Nice viewings from the top deck. Sightseeing guide very clear English. Cruise boat. Didn't like the price of refreshments.
Didn't enjoy it at all. We kept passing the same places over and over again. The multinational audio guide was no help at all, they kept changing language, we could not work out which sight they were talking about so did not have a clue where we were.
This tour was wonderful. There was indoor and outdoor seating. They had coffee, drinks, and snacks aboard. It went to lots of cool places near Helsinki. Reasonably priced.
It was a beautiful day on the water. The PA system worked very well and the information was clear and easy to follow. Stunning views!
Good to see the city from the water with informative commentary. Gave ideas to places to visit following on from the trip.
Thank you so much! Such a great part of our trip to Helsinki from Tallinn. Unfortunately the speaker near us did not work so it was difficult to hear.
it was not bad. rather informative. nothing wow but nothing wrong either. you can buy lunch on board, or drinks. they have indoors and outdoors seating, providing with blankets for the outside
Poor sound at back end of boat. We couldn’t hear most of the commentary and as a result thought we lost out on the experience
Very disappointing. In fairness there is not much to see. It was a pleasant way to spend 90 minutes while on the water but unfortunately there is not much to see. There was commentary in English while cruising but often the English portion came after we passed the sight in question. The commentary never said whether what we needed to see was on the right or the left.
It was a great experience as it was a sunny day and the other passengers and crew were friendly and chilled. I was able to take lots of photos. The only improvement I’d suggest is to advise that you need to bring a pair of Bluetooth's headphones to hear the commentary. I didn’t know and so didn’t bring mine.
It was exactly what I hoped for. Especially the boat was not loud so I could listen easily to the guide. A gentle time and educational .
It was a lovely tour. They provided blankets which was good because it was very cold! It's a great way to see Helsinki.
Views were great and the experience smooth. Everything went great and the staff was friendly. Highly recommended. Value for money.
We were looking forward to this sightseeing cruise but the weather had other ideas. Sadly we were enveloped in for so virtually saw nothing at all for the 1.5hourd
Amazing tour and experience a very nicce views and islends that make the best visit and trip in the life i would recomend to do this trip
Very informative, a nice leisurely pace and plenty of choice for seating. The booking process was easy, and the tour guides were very helpful.
