On the tour day, the Porvoo guide will greet you at the agreed meet up time & location.
You will have a full experience of bus tour - starting with learning buying tickets from a local kiosk - or you can choose buying the tickets in advance. Find both options when you book tour and select the one you wish.
Guide will bring the group all together to take the bus to Porvoo, ride time is around 50 min. Enjoy the Finnish road scenery on the way.

I arrived 20 minutes before the scheduled time and there were no other people participating in the trip to Porvoo. I tried calling the phone number on the document, the response was it is a non working number. I emailed the person on the document and did not get a response until hours after. He said he was not informed of my reservation even though I had multiple communications from Viator. It screwed up my entire day and never made it to Porvoo. I will never ever use Viator again.

I paid 95€ for a bus ride which costs 15€ usually if booked on your own and a one hour tour around Porvoos old town- which is tiny and can easily explored on your own. Sad . Boooked numerous times via Viator and it has always been a good experience before.
