Absolutely terrible experience. If you want to pay for a private tour and then end up on a regular group walking tour surrounded by a crowd of people, this is the company to book with. The communication was extremely poor, and the customer service was absolutely unacceptable. We were promised one thing and received something completely different. When we tried to address the issue, the way we were treated was incredibly disappointing. I definitely do NOT recommend this company. If you want a pleasant experience, professional service, and to actually receive what you paid for, save yourself the frustration and book a tour with another company.

Such a unique and fun experience. Andrew was our guide and was so friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about Finnish culture and he gave us suggestions for where to eat and visit while in Helsinki. Overall a really great experience made even better with Andrew as our guide!

we visited this park with our family. It was a very wholesome experience. The animals are very looked after the park is in great condition very authentic there is food and drinks included. That makes you feel like you’re a part of the atmosphere and you can feed the animals and you can definitely see that they are taking care of them and they have even some that are 10 years old here and the reindeer look very happy. overall, super happy with the with the experience here and would recommend to come to anyone!

An extremely popular tour which I couldn’t book through several other tour operators. Found the Guide Father who could accommodate me while visiting Helsinki. Great day out as the guide was great - a very enjoyable day.

It was a beautiful sunny day when we started the tour from our hotel. We drove to the forest wirh the lakes, the fresh air and fresh water. Blueberrys everywhere. In the Raindeer Park you can feed and pet them, they really like it, but don't touch the antlers. You can eat and trink coffee in the tent and have a good time.

We had a wonderful time visiting this reindeer park! The reindeer were well cared for, friendly, and it was such a special experience being able to get up close and feed them. The staff were welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the animals, making the visit both fun and educational. The park was clean, well maintained, and surrounded by beautiful scenery, creating a peaceful atmosphere. It was a memorable experience for both adults and children, and we left with some fantastic photos and great memories. I would definitely recommend this park to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable day out. We can’t wait to visit again!

Very fun time, it’s very simple and straight to the point, just ignore the crowded place filled with idiots who do try and touch the deer, and you will enjoy it I’m sure

The reindeers look very well taken care of, the guides are available to answer all your questions. We were able to see the calves as well, but all the reindeers were so beautiful and gentle

I recently visited the Reindeer Park and had a wonderful time! The private VIP car service was a great touch, making it easy to navigate the park. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, providing us with valuable insights into the reindeer's habitat and behavior. We thought this was a park we could walk and explore. You only enter, go to a platform, see & feed the reindeer. That was very disappointing. The cool thing was that we cooked bread over fire and had coffee.

This tour was our favorite thing we did in Finland. Andrew, our guide, knew so much about life in Finland and about the national forest we went to. He was an amazing and knowledgeable guide. The reindeer were amazing too and Andrew and the other guide at the farm taught us a lot about them. We felt very comfortable. We also got to experience baking bread on a campfire in a traditonal teepee, and we had tea and very good raspberry jam. Thank you for the tour!

This was an experience we will never forget! The Reindeer Rescue Ranch that we visited was so much fun and the people involved (both our driver, Andrew, and the woman that works at the ranch) were very friendly. It's a bit pricey but we have no regrets at all - would highly recommend this excursion!

This was an amazing tour - largely due to our guide. He was superb. Was super flexible with what we wanted to do and how long we wanted to spend. Very informative. We went to the adventure park afterwards and zip lined through trees! Such a fun day. Thanks!

Nice thing to see during winter. small farm, not very much to see - expected a bit more. organization, drivers and guides have been awesome, learned a lot about land, history, people and Finnland.

It was so nice to go see reindeer from Helsinki. Giving moss was a very strange experience.

Very great experience. Animals are very calm and know people. You are well prepared and made aware of how to behave near the animals. Everyone is very warm and all questions are answered. Recommendation: Visit when it’s a maximum of 20 degrees. The animals prefer the weather like that.

Excursion to the reindeer was sweet and the guide did well. Unfortunately, the tour was in English, although we booked it in German. Price/performance was not right.
