Accommodation & Hardware Our room was beautifully appointed, featuring pristine Nordically inspired aesthetics, state-of-the-art climate control, and unmatched acoustic insulation that guaranteed a deep, restful sleep. The attention to detail in the furnishings, marble bath, and bedding easily meets the highest international ultra-luxury standards. Fitness & Wellness Center (Standout Feature) As a frequent traveler who values wellness, I was extraordinarily impressed by the hotel’s fitness facilities. The gym is easily one of the finest hotel wellness setups in Northern Europe—outfitted with cutting-edge, top-tier Technogym equipment, generous space, and a thoughtful layout that caters to both serious workouts and post-flight recovery. Combined with the tranquil spa ambiance, it was an absolute joy to use. Service & Hospitality The staff exhibited warm, intuitive, and professional Finnish hospitality throughout our stay. From the seamless Check-in to the concierge's impeccable recommendations, every interaction was handled with effortless grace and attention to detail. Verdict Whether you are visiting Helsinki for an extended stay or looking for a perfect luxury stopover during your travels, this property is an absolute masterpiece. We left thoroughly refreshed and look forward to returning on our next trip to Northern Europe.

What did I like? The peace and quiet, both in the hotel and in my room. My room on the 4th floor overlooked the courtyard, so the view was nothing spectacular, but it was wonderfully quiet and I slept like a baby. The room was spotlessly clean, so a big thank you to the housekeeping team. Every interaction with the staff was lovely. Everyone was friendly, always smiling and made me feel very welcome. The spa is a great place to unwind after a day out. Just bear in mind that it closes at 8pm. I really enjoyed the sauna, pool and whirlpool and the relaxation area was lovely too. The hotel is in a nice residential area, but the main shopping street is only a 7–10-minute walk away. For me, that was ideal: close to everything, with peace and quiet in the evenings. The hotel is not perfect and a few things could still be improved: a welcome amenity, more international TV channels and a few more little touches to make the stay feel special. But overall, I had two very relaxing days, would happily recommend it and would definitely come back.

I have book a room in Waldorf Astoria for my birthday weekend. The stay was magical! I Must say it was the nicest hotel I have stayed at! I highly recommend it! The atmosphere was amazing, relaxed and luxurious at the same time! Location of the hotel is perfect - you can get anywhere in a city by walking or very short ride on a taxi. There is always few taxis are parked outside for your convenience! The staff was very friendly and helpful!
