Good location right next to a tram stop, food hall, supermarket and a brewery, comfortable soundproofed rooms, very friendly and helpful staff, gym and a laundry room in the building, and all of that for a pretty good price. It's great :)

I've stayed at this hotel 3 times and have always been very happy with it. It's in a great location, the beds are very comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff are always friendly and helpful. I recommend asking for a courtyard-facing room - it's such an interesting view of the old train-making factories. The saunas (steam and regular) are also a plus :) The only thing I would change is the fact that the shower doesn't have an optimal glass partition to avoid partially flooding the bathroom floor.

First time for me at this hotel and I had a great experience since entering the building. The service was quick and friendly. Hotel itself is very clean, quiet and modern. The owners have definitely made sure that guests feel at home. The hotel has a sauna, a 24/7 gym, rooftop bar, community kitchen and a workspace. I had breakfast included in my package and the food was very tasty and they use high quality produce. The hotels location is also good, right next to it you have Linnanmäki amusement park and also a train stop from where you can easily get to Helsinki centre. Around the hotel there are multiple craft beer bars and some restaurants. Definitely recommend to go and I will also be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. First of all, nowhere during the booking process was it clearly stated that a security deposit of €150 would be required upon arrival. A deposit of €40 or €50 would already be understandable, but €150 is excessive. What makes the situation even worse is that this amount was actually more expensive than my flight ticket. After completing my entire journey, arriving with all my luggage, and already paying for an Uber to get to the hotel, I was informed at check-in that I had no choice but to pay this deposit. At that point, I felt trapped: either pay the €150 or be left without accommodation after a long trip. This is not transparent and should be clearly communicated to guests before booking. At check-out, I explained my situation and emphasized that I urgently needed this money back. The staff assured me that the deposit would be released and returned the same day. However, it has now been three days, and I still have not received anything. To make matters worse, I only consumed a single coffee during my stay and even asked if its cost could simply be deducted from the deposit. Instead, the entire deposit remains blocked until the coffee charge is settled separately. I find this completely unreasonable, especially considering that many businesses, including hair salons and other hospitality services, often offer small gestures such as complimentary coffee to their customers. Overall, I am very dissatisfied with the lack of transparency regarding the deposit, the excessive amount requested, the way the situation was handled upon arrival, and the delay in returning my money despite the promises made by the staff. I would not recommend this hotel and strongly encourage future guests to verify all hidden charges before booking.
