This is not a hotel, it is an art gallery! Decoration and design is unique. Rooms are so big and so elegant. Bed and pillows invite you to sleep 12 hours a day. Front desk was so smiling and nice. Breakfast is so nice. You can find almost everything. Service is quick and friendly. Cocktails in Wintergarden is a dream. Bartenders are very good. Spa is heavenly. One of the best hotels I have ever stayed.
The location is excellent, and the hotel's art collection is impressive. Coffe- Room at level 0 are beautyful and intresting. Rooms are avarage, does not spark intrest. Small things are missing in room f.eg hygiene pack as well as in service. Spa is small and dready, gym small, reseption small and aisles nondescript. It’s impossible to give 5 star to this hotel, max. 4 - star standard hotel. I do not recommend if you want to experiece 5-star hotel
Amazing staycation for a night! Is this maybe the hotel with biggest rooms in Helsinki? Maybe, or at least among the ones I've tried. The breakfast is amazing, it really pops from the average in the city. Very quiet stay at night, room isolation is perfect. The spa area is nice, but it can feel a bit crowded.
