First of all, the location was very convenient for us, as we were taking the ferry to Talinn from West Terminal 2 and getting to and from the terminal was really easy. The hotel is also 4 tram stops from the main train station, which makes the arrival from the airport very smooth. The port and nearby city center are within about 25 minutes walk. Apart from that, the rooms and the beds, in particular, are very confortable, so I had a very good night sleep. I enjoyed also the breakfast, especially various types of marinated herring, which were delicious. All in all, a very confortable experience.

The room was a decent size, although the bathroom was quite compact. I was given a room facing the sea, which offered a lovely view. The bed was comfortable, as expected from Radisson, and the air conditioning worked exceptionally well, perfect for the hot summer days! Overall, the room was comfortable, although signs of wear on parts of the flooring and walls were noticeable. The breakfast buffet was good, offering a nice variety of dishes with solid quality. It did get quite busy between 8-9 AM, however, making the dining area feel rather cramped. One small point for improvement is the entrance ramp. I found it surprisingly steep and struggled to push my suitcase up. When leaving, I didn’t feel comfortable bringing it down myself. I can imagine it would be even more challenging for guests using strollers or wheelchairs.
Its a great hotel with amazing gym, nice sauna and great breakfast. The room was spacious and windows could open wide. Also, family of 4 could stay in one room which was great. Location wise its in walking distance from sigthseeing places max 30 minutes which is not bad. And the tram station is right outside as well. The only issue is they do not have concierge and only 2 persons at the reception. So you would wait for the reception patiently for just luggage storage while people check in.
The hotel is in a great location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of options to suit different tastes. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The only downside was that the bathtub is starting to show its age and could use some renovation. The check-in process could be improved. Guests are still required to fill out a registration form by hand, so if several people arrive at the same time, you may have to wait a while before getting your room. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and would happily recommend this hotel.
I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff were very friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived. The lobby has a really cool and stylish design that gives the hotel a unique atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well taken care of. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Helsinki.
