My stay was amazing but what needs a special attention is staff. From the very first moment the interaction was absolutely remarkable and I felt like I'm meeting an old friend. It is not that hard to renovate buildings and make everything look good. But having staff with manners, openness, smile and friendliness AT THIS LEVEL is something absolutely extraordinary - you can't buy it and you can't train it. Appreciate it, because they are truly a germ. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a friendly hotel with a great, relaxing atmosphere. I had a great stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything I needed. They created such a warm and relaxed atmosphere that made me feel at home from the moment I arrived. The whole hotel has a really relaxed, laid-back atmosphere that’s perfect if you want to unwind. After a day out, it was great to come back, enjoy the sauna, and just chill. Everything felt comfortable, clean, and inviting.

Perfect location for exploring Helsinki. Located at Katajanokka, it’s a short walk to the market square and food hall. There is a supermarket located close by to the accommodation and a restaurant onsite. Rooms are self-contained with plenty of storage space for travellers. Modern fit out throughout. Shared spaces are comfortable and spacious. Excellent value for the price. Office is staffed onsite for any assistance required during office hours. Highly recommended! Will be back for sure.

It was a lovely stay! We really enjoyed the sauna, access to the bikes, and rooftop terraces. It was very convenient to have a kitchen and access to laundry. Easy walk to waterfront and downtown. (NOTE: Staff were great, but they don't have 24-hour in-person front desk staff, & you need to do self check-in. Some people may want 24-hour staff & room service, etc., but it worked well for us).

Bet accommodation so far!!! Check in was fast and easy via tablet. The hotel was high-tech and secured. Staff was nice and helpful. The location was really good, less than 5 minutes to the tram station and about 15 minutes to the city centre. The room is very well equipped (kitchen, dishes, bowls, cutleries, oven) and made us feel like home. Laundry was available in Level 1 for free, with detergent provided in the room. Sauna on 7th floor was small but really great. Highly recommended!
