Great location,nice breakfast, poor quality. During my stay, the bathroom door in my room was broken and could not be closed at all, which was very inconvenient and uncomfortable. I was also looking forward to using the sauna. The information said it opened at 6:00, and I was told that it was okay to enter wearing only a towel. However, when I arrived, there were no staff members around, no instructions, and I had to prepare everything myself, including fetching water and getting the sauna ready. What upset me the most was that I only realized afterward that the sauna was unisex. While I was inside wearing only a towel, a man came in and I left the place immediately . It was a very uncomfortable experience. If the sauna is mixed-gender, this should be made much clearer in advance. Guests should not have to find this out after entering. At the very least, there should be be clear signs or staff available to explain how the sauna works. Overall, the broken bathroom door, the lack of staff, and the unclear information about the sauna made my stay much less comfortable than I had expected.

Location can't get better than this. Very central, yet one block away from the main station and easy walk to all attractions. Hotel and rooms feel luxurious, clean and very well maintained. Staff was very welcoming and friendly. Breakfast, however, was a bit above average and not at the level I expected for this class of hotel. Ordering eggs/omelets took 15+ minites each day we stayed here. Otherwise, overall I would have goven this hotel 5/5 stars but minus 1/2 star for the breakfast.

Good family room with two queen beds. It worked out well for our family of 4, though we wish it had a couch or a sitting area. Basically the only place to sit in the room was the beds (since the desk was so small and tucked away in a corner). Front office staff were very friendly and helpful. Every area of the hotel was spotlessly clean.

Close to all the main attractions, walkable distance from port and main train station and yet extremely quiet. We had everything we needed for an extremely comfortable stay. Everything is very well thought. The mattress and the pillows were some of the most relaxing and convenient we’ve used. There’s a huge 24/7 supermarket next to the hotel, as well as a pharmacy.
