Trip Inn Kaiser Hotel & Restaurant Heidelberg-schriesheim

Rooms are actually very nice inside, however the church bells ring very loudly too early in the morning and you can hear it inside

Fabulous hotel in the old town centre of Schriesheim. Rooms are modern with all amenities; breakfast is fabulous; and staff is extraordinarily attentive and friendly. Recommended very highly, especially at the very reasonable rates.

This is our favorite hotel in the area. There is a short walk from the parking lot to the hotel, which is very nice but may be difficult to bring luggage in. However you can park your car right outside the hotel to unload. The workers are friendly, the breakfast was nice, and there's a good coffee shop a short walk down the road. There is also a lovely strawberry stand nearby. The beds were very comfortable, and there is a nice outdoor seating area.

Rooms were okay, 3 star level. Location is good, close to Heidelberg. Staff service was terrible. Staff were rude when communicating with us, staff would follow you around and watch you constantly. Staff Would not accomodate for us when we had special diet requirements. The kitchen morning chef was the only friendly welcoming staff member, and she did not even speak the same language as us. We understand Tourists can be frustrating to deal with sometimes, but there’s no need to treat us any differently when we pay a fair price to stay at your accommodation.
