Novotel Karlsruhe City

I've been on a work assignment for the last 4 Months, so I have been to almost all the hotels in the area and the Novotel is by far the best one. They have a really good breakfast, the service is really good and they are quick to deliver. Also the rooms are quite nice and they have AC, surprisingly few hotels here have AC in the rooms, this is a must. Plus parking and location is perfect.

5-star comfort with excellent facilities This hotel feels like a 5-star experience in terms of comfort! The room, beds, bathroom, and shower were all absolutely excellent. The location is also very good, and having access to spacious, easy parking was a huge plus. A perfect choice if you are looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

Other than a small issue with checking in caused by my card requiring insertion into the reader rather than being contactless everything went very smoothly, the bed was comfortable and the shower was good and hot with good pressure. The included mini bar was very welcome after a long day travelling and the suggested place to eat was very good.

Novotel Karlsruhe is my go to hotel when visiting. The hotel is comfortable although some rooms have noise issues from hallways and above, the hotel should consider carpet or noise barriers to prevent this. The bar and food is always good with great selection. Front desk is quick and friendly. I would recommend the housekeeping is improved, I leave money, in form of cash, to the housekeeper each day I use the service and still they do not refill the coffee, water, tea, stir sticks, and tissue as expected. The pillows in the hotel are made from nothing and have no support at all, I have learned and bring my own but a small investment in good pillows would bring this hotel up in reviews as this reported in many review platforms. Overall a solid 7 out of 10, room for improvement but still good for a stay in the city.
