Here for one night to see Schloss Lichtspiel. Walkable distance to Schloss. Modern decoration. Nice welcome drink and very good breakfast

We stayed at the top floor in the brand new room! It was wonderful, even just for 1 night! Everything was very clean and well kept. I would come again definitely, breakfast included because this time we skipped it. Loved staying there, thank you! Lift goes only to the 10th floor.

Overall Rating: 4/5 I recently stayed at the Leonardo Karlsruhe and wanted to share my honest experience. There were definitely some great highlights, but also a major frustration that impacted my stay. The Good Great Value & Space: Paying 63€ per night for a 23 sq.m. room feels like a really solid deal. Roomy Bathroom: The bathroom and toilet areas are incredibly spacious, which was a very pleasant surprise. Amazing AC: The air conditioning is so powerful! This was easily one of the best parts of the room. Handy Amenities: It was super convenient having a refrigerator in the room to store my own drinks and snacks. The Not-So-Good The Big Issue (Noise): The absolute worst part of my stay was the construction. Work started right between 6:00 and 7:00 AM the next morning 🥺🥺. The hotel gave me absolutely no prior notice about this, which is really poor communication. So: If you need a spacious, budget-friendly room with excellent air conditioning and don't mind an older aesthetic, it's not a bad choice. However, the lack of warning about the early-morning construction was incredibly disappointing and really ruined the morning for me.

It's great that they are making renovations now. However construction noise started at 8 and went all day which is not helpful for a business traveler. No restaurant option on-site after breakfast. And the restaurant during breakfast was sweltering hot as there was no air conditioning running at all, which also made it questionable that food items remained at proper temperature. Newly renovated suites were not entirely finished before allowing customers in, so that's not ideal. It needs more furniture and storage and workspace. How do you not have a desk in a suite? Many modern design touches, which is nice but they were definitely chosen by managers for looks, rather than frequent travelers. The manager was very kind and tried her best to handle all the situations.
