It's ok, rooms need a refresh, looks dated. I don't like the carpet on the floor: it's not hygienic. Some of the staff are friendly, but certainly not all of them. Breakfast: it's good but also dated: not enough vegan and vegetarian options. At least soya yoghurt and milk should be available. Bad coffee!
I have a very nice experience in this hotel. Staff is very friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is very good with a lot of options. Rooms are nice and clean. Hotel has a sauna and a small gym.
The hotel is amazing! The gym is good, breakfast is good, the rooms are nice and spacious. For the price it’s really really good. The staff were very polite. It would’ve been a 10 if the parking would’ve been free. But I understand that it’s necessary. Overall did we love our stay! Our dog also loved the hotel.
Staff was very kind. However, when we complaint about no hot water in our rooms, she didn’t look surprised at all. We did get a new room but 1 out of 2 rooms only had hot water. Luckily the staff in the morning provided us with free breakfast as compensation. So it’s not a full 1 star. Other then that. It’s alright. Rooms are clean, staff is friendly, location is as expected. If you have hot water, the place is not bad at all
