Interesting sterile hotel next to train station. New, clean but absolutely nothing stands out. Service was blah, room was small, clean and blah. It has no character or personality. Also some silly issues like you are required to sign up for a hotel brand membership to access Internet, no guess login. Yes, immediate spam emails. Promise of Citypass but oh no, you booked through AMEX. If you join you get 10 euro bar tab, no even though posted in elevator. Who cares really but it seems petty. If you stay here for business, the Internet is good. What is not good is that if you are a large individual you will never squeeze between the bed and desk chair. Must upgrade. To sum it up, it's a generic, clean hotel to lay your head.

If you don't mind pet like COCKROACHES greeting you in your room you are more than welcome to stay in this hotel. Especially if you stay there with a child and your request to change a room is totally ignored. I hope the management takes this issue seriously and carries out proper pest control to prevent it from happening to future guests.
The room was oke, comfortable, great view, mini fridge, free bottles with water. I think the temperature is too warm. There seem some sort of airco but i could put it max -3 bit i find it too warm. Also the tv wasnt working properly. Most channels didnt work or were blurred. Also it seems like the hotel was not full or busy, pity didnt didnt gave the room earlyer, but i could deposit my luggage. Overal the hotel is oke, near the station.
Rooms are quite good with all the amenities you would expect. Internet is quite fast for a hotel. However, the breakfast spread could be improved. The variety is not only limited, but, only one or two items rotating.
I recently stayed here and overall had a good experience. The only point that left me slightly disappointed was the check-in experience. To make things easier for the hotel, I had already completed the online check-in the evening before, and I arrived at the hotel around 1:00 PM on the day of arrival. I was informed that I could get my room immediately only by paying an additional €25 early check-in fee, otherwise I would have to wait until 3:00 PM. Even though I explained that I am an H Rewards member and had already completed the check-in process in advance, unfortunately no flexibility was offered. During my entire stay I also did not request the room cleaning service, which I would have been entitled to. Of course, I fully understand that hotels have policies, that they want to increase revenues and need to treat guests equally. However, I would suggest that the hotel consider a bit more flexibility for guests who check in online in advance, are loyalty program members (even with no status yet), and voluntarily waive services like daily housekeeping. I am pretty sure, that those gestures are already worth more than the €25 early check-in fee. Overall, the hotel offers comfortable rooms, a great location, and a good breakfast, and I would likely stay here again. I simply hope the management might consider a bit more flexibility in situations like this.
