Selected second time since 2018 it has changed a lot. Contacless check in and no reception area doesn't gives you vibe of a hotel. Only one person is there to help your slef check in and out. Parking are less 20 Euro per night. Bus stops are in 2 min walking distance. We booked triple bed room and was clean and cosy. Room minibars are no longer available you have to go to lobby to order from bar if its open. No slippers in rooms so bring your own. No bag for dirty laundry. Room tv had only few channels. Wifi was not good inside rooms. Window View was bad due to neighbouring construction site. Did not used restaurant so no comment on that.

Reviews
Here's the updated review with those details included naturally: This is one of the best hotel locations I have ever stayed at. It is only a 1–2 minute walk from Heidelberg Central Station (Hbf). In fact, I could see the hotel from the train as soon as I arrived in Heidelberg, making it incredibly easy to find. The service was excellent (10/10). We arrived around 12:00 PM, even though check-in officially starts at 3:00 PM. The gentleman at the reception was very friendly and explained that our room wasn't ready yet, but suggested we come back around 1:00-2:00 PM as it might be available earlier. He also offered to store our luggage free of charge, which allowed us to explore the city without carrying our heavy bags. When we returned, the lady at the reception was equally friendly and guided us through the self-service digital check-in process. The room was fantastic—clean, modern, and very comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the room had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. The room included a refrigerator with two complimentary bottles of water, which was a nice touch. It also had air conditioning, making the stay very comfortable, especially during warm weather. Even though the hotel is right next to the train station, the room was surprisingly quiet, and we had no issues with noise. We could even enjoy a nice view of Heidelberg Hbf directly from our window. The hotel also has an elevator, which was very convenient when traveling with heavy luggage. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Although we only checked in around 6:00 PM and had to leave at 7:00 AM the next morning, our short stay was excellent. I only wish we had more time to enjoy both the hotel and Heidelberg. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit.
This place has zero customer service. From the time we arrived, they were rude. We got there 30 minutes before check in began, so instead of going in to request our room early, we sat in the patio tables to wait. Almost immediately someone came out to try and get rid of us but I stead told us we could check in early. When we tried to check in, only one of our reserved rooms was ready, so they told everyone just to go to that one room for now. When we got those the room, the air conditioning was broken (so it was cooler outside where we were sitting). We went down to tell about the air conditioning and they said "it will only take me a minute to fix it, but it isn't a priority right now so we'll send someone up soon." Hours later, there was still no air conditioning and they finally responded to a message and said it was indeed broken and they would not be able to fix it today, but to just open the windows. When asked about an alternative room, they ignored us. So, the windows were left open all night with the train noise and bugs entering and biting. In the morning we again went to the front desk to inquire and again were told it would be fixed today or we would get a new room. Again, neither of those things happened.
Modern hotel located just a few minutes away from the Bahnhof by foot. Check in and check out are only through the kiosks. One needs to create an account to access Wi-Fi. The room and toilet are clean, modern, and furnished elegantly. Although close to the train station, the room is quiet and the air conditioning is perfect. The lobby and breakfast area is designed beautifully.
Very nice hotel and excellent service. A special thank you to Ms. Majeed, who was very friendly and helped me during check-in and check-out. She also assisted me with the Wi-Fi and H Rewards registration for the free city tickets with a warm and welcoming smile. One honest tip: if you are sensitive to noise, request a room facing the courtyard rather than the train station side. I stayed in a Superior Room facing the courtyard, and it was quiet and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.
