Enjoyed the walk to the falls and all the unique plants. We went on a Thursday and it was not too crowded! Swam to the falls, water was refreshing. BRING WATER SHOES! Entering and exiting the water fall pool was very rocky! Nice they offer lifejackets and mandate for everyone. After the swim, went to the bar for nice drink. Bartender offered good suggestions for local beaches and other activities.

We had a really nice day with our group of 8 plus 1. Our van was clean and air conditioned. The walk and water dip were great. It’s just beautiful. Everything went smoothly; but the Dole Plantation is not a tour! It’s basically just a gift shop stop. There is NOT enough time to do a train, explore etc.
Great tour loved the experience everyone friendly
Our tour guide Jason was amazing and gave an in depth history of island culture. We truly enjoyed this tour and would highly recommend!
Just finished this tour and had a wonderful time. Jason was our tour guide and did a great job. The walk to the waterfalls was so enjoyable and although i didn’t go swimming, many people really enjoyed it. Lunch was good too.
Our tour guide Jeremy (JAK) was the best part of this trip. He is full of enthusiasm and energy. He talks about everything your eyesight lands on in a funny way. We did not swim in the waterfall because it was rough that day. Be careful neither tickets to dole garden are included nor the dole whip.
I had an amazing time. The guides were friendly and engaging throughout the entire time.
Easy hike, paved path. So refreshing. Very safe. The water was cool but not cold. Had so much fun. I recommend it.
We had an amazing day and learned so much from our very knowledgeable tour guide Jason. We highly recommend this tour!
Wonderful experience. Easy hike and the waterfall swim was so cool. My 10 year old said this was one of the coolest things he’s ever done.
Our driver/guide Jason was wonderful. He had so much info on the area, the plants and trees. The waterfall was spectacular. Definitely an outing I’d recommend
Our tour guide Jack was awesome! This tour was so cool we learned so much about the culture of the island and the waterfall was absolutely stunning! Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the island!
Jason and anon were the best guides ever. Informative. Fun. The gardens and falls were beautiful. Great food. No complaints
This is an excellent tour and tour company. Very attentive, informative and friendly. Walk to waterfall is gorgeous and not strenuous. If swimming bring water shoes and note there is a place to change clothes. Food was excellent!
This was an amazing experience when we first got on the bus Jason started talking about Hawaiian history, telling really cool stories, and taught us some words in the Hawaiian language. He was just an amazing person. Mei was awesome and super sweet. - Jeremiah, age 10
Jason made sure we had an amazing day, alongside Mei. He was so full of interesting facts indeed Absolutely could spend a lot of days listening and learning about the country and job he is so proud of. Coffee farm to get some decent coffee which you choose and they will grind to your requirements. The waterfalls are great and beautiful but keep an eye out for all the plants and bugs, its ok none are near you unless you want them to be. Respect the tour as a lot of effort goes in to making it just perfect. You and families/couples/singles will enjoy booking with this company as they really do care and look after you. All organised to perfection. A big Mahalo from the Brits Tracey and Rich
Started off rough when we were picked up about 45 minutes late. Could have done without the coffee farm stop. Our pastry was a hot dog. Waimea valley saved the tour. It was beautiful and our guide/driver was great. He was very fun to talk with and very knowledgeable. His helper was the Japanese interpreter and he was so funny. Would have liked more time at dole plantation to ride the train but we weren’t allowed since we had such a late start. Lunch was very good.
Trip to Waimea Falls and Dole plantation. Easy pick up, comfortable and cool bus. Very friendly guide/driver. Waimea falls was great but Dole plantation too short. It stated 2 hrs. We only got 1 hr.
Worth the cost! Worth the drive, go if you can! The valley was full of beautiful trees, flowers, the waterfall at the end was just the cherry on top. I would have walked around all day looking at the flowers.
Jackson was our wonderful tour guide, he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to as well. We lucked out and had a small group so Jackson was able to personalize our experience a bit which was very nice. The company Jackson works for seems to be run fairly well, and if they have more tour guides like Jackson then we will absolutely sign up for more activities with them.
Coffee, was lovely, the Garden’s at the waterfall are beautiful, hiking is easy. Fantastic day out, our guide was amazing.
Amazing tour!!! Jonathan was the best. So informational and interesting to listen about the facts of Hawaii.
We had a wonderful time! Jackson, our tour guide, was great! He pointed out all the sites on our way to and from Waimea Valley and gave us a brief overview of the history of the sites. We stopped at Green Wold Coffee Farm for breakfast. The coffee was delicious, we got to sample different coffees and they have a little store where you can buy coffee and other items. Upon arrival at Waimea Valley he walked us to the waterfall, stopping at points of interest, pointing out the different plants and important facts about each plant. Swimming in the waterfall was amazing! Afterwards we had time to explore Waimea Valley on our own before meeting back for lunch. I highly recommend this activity!
Outstanding trip start to finish. Loved the waterfall experience. Unforgettable memories. Our guide Jackson was the best!
The activities were just as described and our driver kept us on task. We were able to see and do what we had planned.
This tour was the best part of our trip! Waimea falls were absolutely beautiful and magical, and great to get out of the city. Tour guide was awesome, food was great. Dole was more of a tourist trap than I expected, but glad to see it anyway. Perfect amount of time there on this tour - enjoyed an overpriced Dole whip, pet a cute cat on the plantation and headed back.
Waterfall swimming activity definitely worth the trip, would highly recommend booking thru Nature to go.
The tour was great! Host was excellent in communicating the travel plans … from pick up destination and time to pre-planning snacks and lunch. The highlight was the waterfall experience. I would recommend taking water shoes and a water bottle. The lunch was more than expected. Definitely recommend!
Jackson was an amazing guide. Fun, knowledgeable, and made us feel right at home. The swim, chefs kiss! This was the reason I booked the tour, and the whole experience was amazing!
Great time with Jason and Mai! Coffee, banana bread, Hawaiian history, fun hike, beautiful waterfall, yummy lunch, Dole Whip and scenic drive! Even learned some Hawaiian words!
Jason our very knowledgeable guide was very nice to take us along the road. When we arrived, he took us to the fall explaining us a lot of things about plants and trees. We wear a group. I would say you’re 15 people you are free. If you wanna go ahead, you can or like me and my husband we prefer to walk along the way to the cascade with Jason, who taught us a lot of things I didn’t know About the trees. The swimming in the cascade was very refreshing and fun. It was not too crowded. It’s easy to get in if you like to walk on the rocks.. in the morning, he took us to a place to have our coffee with a banana cake, but you have the option to buy something by yourself if you want more the place was very green. On our way back we stopped at doll which she is also a place to shop if you want to and where are you? Definitely taste their delicious with capital letters pineapple ice cream but you have other options too.
Most excellent guide-Jackson!! He gave a lot of good information and recommendations! He was very nice
Great day at the amazing wonderful splendid spectacular waterfall. Be ready to do an ice plunge because the temp of the water is -10 degrees (joking)
This tour was is great day out, even though I've been around the island several times in the past, our tour guide was so knowledgable, and her commentary made the tour more interesting. The pineapple ice cream at the Dole plantation is the most delicious treat ever.
I have to say this tour was well worth the money. Our tour guides Jackson and driver Jack were both friendly and helpful. The experience of swimming in a waterfall is a bucket list experience. The food was excellent and exceeded expectations for a tour. The rest of Waimea was beautiful with a magical atmosphere. Our final stop of the dole plantation was great fun. I would highly recommend this tour and this tour company.
Wonderful Wonderful Wonderful. Would do it again. Jackson was great 👍 Included morning coffee and two meals. Love it.
Our guide was amazing. Accommodating, smart, knowledgeable and personable. Great commentary and sense of humor
Our tour guides were amazing! Jackson was especially a fun and funny guide!MAHALO!!!UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN.
Our tour guides, Anoi and Jackson were awesome. They were very knowledgeable and hospitable. They made sure we were taken care of every step of the way and also checked that we were having a good time throughout the experience. The hike to get to Waimea falls was absolutely beautiful!
Great tour crew made it fun. We will def be back to join them for another adventure when we are on the island again.
