Jeremy and crew were very attentive and friendly. The crew made sure to find whales. We were lucky enough to see a humpback total crest!

We had the best experience and seen multiple sightings. More important as two senior women the entire crew (Jeremy,Zack & Megan) were so caring and made sure that with their assistance we we were able to go to the front of the boat with others to see the best views. they kept checking to see if we needed anything and if we were seeing the whales. they treated us as if we were their own grandmas..best customer service ever! Remember...Jeremy, Zack & Megan
This is a must do tour. Great Crew who were so much fun and made our trip special. We saw many whales and 2 of them breeched the water. Amazing!! Highly recommended.
Very informative, beautiful views, friendly and professional staff. The cultural touches made out even more special. Yes, we did see whales😁
What an amazing experience!! Zach was an amazing captain. Saw plenty of whales, enjoyed the snacks and hula show!
The Captain and mates did the best they could to get a view of the whales. The water was very ruff, but the Captain did what he could do.
It's a great time. A light rain coat is a good idea. Zack, Bennett and Kendrick were an awesome crew.
The crew were really knowledgeable and kind. We saw a couple of whales, a mother and calf. The only part I didn't enjoy was the boat rocking.
Our bus driver Mahea was so kind, the crew of the tour were fantastic!! Captain Dani led us to see so many whales, dolphins & turtles. Cyre was so thorough which safety instructions. Ben was great checking on us all when we went snorkeling. Kaynoa was so quick to get padded board & kayak out for everyone to enjoy. Tyler has the best energy, made sure everyone got pictures with family, friends & marine life. Such an amazing day!!! Don’t think it could have gone any better. 🩵🤙🏽
Great tour, well organised and everything ran on time. We were given coffee and doughnuts on the boat, but there is also a bar where you can also purchase beverages. The team were fantastic and we got to see dolphins and a killer whale!
We had so much fun on this tour. We got picked up from our hotel and drive was smooth. Thanks to Mahea the driver. Tyler gave us all the instructions about what to expect on this tour and safety measures. Other wonderful crew on the tour were Cyre, Brandon, Flo, Kainoa, Ben and Tyler. Jerry the captain was so humble and let our little one drive the boat during calm water streams which our little one will talk about for next few days. Tyler took us many great pictures throughout the trip to ensure we have lots memories to remember. Highly recommended.
They were very communicative before the trip, telling us exactly where to go and when to be there. Since we did not see whales the first day, they allowed us to rebook for a time that worked in our schedule for free, which was appreciated by everyone. The crew on both tours seemed genuinely excited to be there and to try to help us find whales. Additionally, I appreciate their ethical approach even if that means you are not guaranteed to see whales. We ended up seeing quite a few whales on our earlier tour and we would do that again, if we are ever back. Shout out to Ryan for showing up to work on her birthday and to Zach for the mochi donuts!
This is very good for experience with Family. Problematic for a person who has sea sickness because boat is moving too much. You will see some whales for sure.
Capt Jeremy and amazing crew! We saw many whales and dolphin pod. So much gratitude!! Will def do again. No one had see. Anything for 4 days. Even with one annoying sonar submarine in the vicinity, we were blessed!
Booked early during our stay and didnt see any whales. The crew invited us for a free rebook which was an easy process. During our rebooked trip we saw whales and dolphins. The crew was great on both trips. Shout out to Captain Zack, Megan, Rian, and Kaipo
The boat trip was good, the crew was polite and knowledgeable. Even though we didn’t see any whales. It was for their efforts to location them. They were in communication with other boats the looking for whales. Sadly none spotted that morning. They bid offer a discount rebooking.
Very kind and knowledgeable staff. We saw 4 whales and many dolphin. The boat is smaller and the water was calm the specific day we were out on our your. My daughter got sick and I almost did. Many people getting sick which makes for not as great of experience. Thank you for a very fun family experience.
We had an amazing day with the whales. The crew was great. Zach expertly navigated to the happiest whale ohana. They were super active with breaches, fin slaps, and even a spy hop or two. Ryan and Trevor were gracious hosts making sure everyone was well taken care of. Heidi was a fantastic narrator, encouraging us to sync our hearts with the whales while giving us great info about the habits and history of the whales.
We had a great time, & actually saw whales! We particularly enjoyed the hula dancing by the crew; it was a nice authentic touch. The crew was friendly & informative, & I felt like they took our safety seriously. I highly recommend this trip!
Great experience. All the crew were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our whale watching trip. The hula by Ryan and Luke was a really fun wrap up to the ride.
Awesome trip! The crew was so upbeat and friendly. We saw many whales on our morning cruise in January. Would highly recommend.
We feel so blessed to have had such an unforgettable whale watching experience! Everything was so well organized and the boat was beautiful. The captain and crew were welcoming, personable, and professional. Captain Zach spotted a pair of whales right after leaving the harbor. He positioned us perfectly, and we all patiently waited. A few minutes later, the whales came to check us out! They surfaced right next to the boat several times over the next hour, and we were in total awe. It was surreal. This was more than just being in the right place at the right time. There was such a magical vibe on the boat that morning. I honestly feel like we were just bearing witness to the good karma the captain and crew created with their respect for these animals and the ocean.
Luke, Zac and Marshall were great guides! We loved going early in the morning, as a lot of other tours started crowding toward the end of our tour. it was nice to be able to get out before them and have an open area to lookout for whales. On our tour there were 2 whales that seemed to be hanging around our boat checking things out, it was awesome!
We had an incredible tour. The crew Ryan, Luke and Capt Zach clearly knew how to find whales and were very knowledgeable about their migration. We got very lucky with a perfect day on the water and they made it a lot of fun, too. The trolley from our hotel was a bonus to get to the harbor and Sheryl made 6:30 am enjoyable!
Captain Zach, Aryan and Luke did a great job. We saw 20-30 dolphins super close by, one even did several "pirouette"-like jumps out of the water. The humpback whale was the absolute highlight. We were able to see it several times and once it got curious and even swam below our boat. Absolutely amazing!! Best tour ever.
The crew (on our trip it was Rachel, Rob and Captain Mark) made this excursion special even though the whales didn't see fit to pop up. The spinner dolphins and the sea turtles gave us quite a show and the crew went out of their way to show us a good time and provide an education along the way! Donuts and coffee were provided, as advertised as well as water, lemonade, and buckets for our personal belongings. It was a great day! Four hours all in. If you tend to be cold, you should bring a jacket.
We went on the very first day of whale watching season and the crew was determined to find whales and boy did they succeed. We got to see two adult dolphins with what they said was the smallest baby they’d ever seen - the size of a dolphin! They put on quite a show. We also got to see pods of spinner dolphins along the way and the whole trip was beautiful. Everyone on the crew was terrific. PS- the doughnuts are A+++ and saved us a trip to one of our top-choice bakeries!
We chose this trip, based on reviews and the fact that they specialized in whale and dolphin watching. We went Whale Watching on the very last day of what is considered the official season for whales in Oahu. We were blessed with wonderful weather and saw 5 whales. We absolutely loved talking with the crew that was more than willing to share facts about whales and other marine life. We loved that before we started out 2 hour trip, the ship Captain led with a traditional Hawaiian prayer asking for permission to enter the waters. At the end crew demonstrated a hula dance which was fun too:) . Captain Jerry, Robert and Luke, mahalo nui loa to all three of you for an unforgettable experience!!
Lovely experience, great crew however the boat is too small for the choppy water, I don't get sea sick and time I vomited as did half of the people on the boat
Captain Mark, Luke, and Ryan were the best tour guides for our trip! Luke the Whale Whisperer called out a boat move to get us some nice views of whales breeching! We got closeups of a mother whale and her calf, spinner dolphins, a manta ray... The whole gamut! Definitely recommend taking this tour. It was well worth waking up at 530am to make it in time!!
Heidi, Luke, Robert and Mark were wonderful! Entertaining and informative. We saw a couple whales and their babies. The boat ride was fun and truly enjoyable.
Crew was great, only saw one whale in the distance, spent about 45 minutes looking for turtles. We saw some dolphins though
Faith and Ryan were the crew for Captain Mark. All 3 did a super job and were very patient and respectful of my older mother who was afraid to get on the boat. The view from the upper deck was amazing. Boat was easy to find if you drive yourself and parking in the lot was free. The advertisement says they have a hydrophone but they do not. Musubi was fantastic.
Everything was great! Very nice boat, excellent hosts, several whale sightings (whale tales) and turtles as well. The hosts were entertaining, friendly and informative. Would definitely recommend this excursion.
Overall it was a good experience. We didn't see any whales and that's out of our control. The staff was phenomenal. I belive the young ladies name was Tierra?...very engaging. Robert was very friendly and engaging as well. Mark did a great job handling the boat. Great staff that worked well together. High spirited staff. Loved it!
Saw a breaching whale 5 minutes into the trip. Also saw a pod of spinner dolphins and a sea turtle. Didn't see any donuts and didn't hear anything with an underwater microphone as advertised.
Great guides, lovely morning boat ride. We didn't see much of the whales. Last moment tail as the dove from a distance but it was a lovely experience anyway. We tried twice and same experience both times. Hopefully others have better luck with the whale sights but the experience is great regardless.
I am a seasoned whale watcher, at home (in Santa Cruz, CA), and snorkeling off the islands. This was my first tour off the island of Oahu and I believe that I found the best on this island for any type of ECO tour. (Check their page) *Easy shuttle service to the harbor. *Coffee & Mochi donuts for the A.M. trip *Friendly, fun, and knowledgeable staff *Trip Blessing to start us off (traditional Hawaiian) *WHALES & DOLPHINS sighted (also some white terns) *Awesome Hula dance depicting green turtles eating, swimming, resting Everyone on the trip had so much fun - 10 out of 10, would definitely do it again! Thanks to Capt. Mark, crew Ryan, Luke, Shelby, and Koa.
Overall it was a lovely morning on the water. We saw an awesome sunrise over Diamond Head and Waikiki. We sadly did not see any whales but we did get to see a large pod of dolphins. They offered to rebook us but we didn’t have any additional availability. Oh well! The coffee and doughnuts were lovely treats. The staff was very friendly and inviting. I would recommend this tour to others.
What a delight it has been to deal with this company. Everyone, from the booking agent to the captain and crew was friendly and willing to help you have the best time. We didn't see whales the first time we went out, but we returned a few days later and we were in luck! If you have the time and don't see whales on the first try, take them on their offer to go out a second time. We saw honu, spinner dolphins, whales, a monk seal, and even a swimmer :D We also loved the poi donuts! We hope to be back. Mahalo for the true spirit of Aloha.
Great tour with Captain Jerry! We went on a morning whale tour on Saturday and due to a submarine being in the area, didn't get to see any whales. Captain Jerry found a big pod of dolphins and some honu, which still made it a great morning. Whales & You gave us a free second tour because of the lack of whales and Sunday morning we saw 4 whales (2 babies!) and a few breaches. Ryan and Kaipo were great crew members and the mochi donuts were deliciousss
The trip was amazing saw humpback whale and baby and spinner dolphins twice up and back, captain was great never felt sick to my stomach…..worth the price highly recommend it!!
I have gone out whale watching many places in the USA, Canada, and Mexico and there is something special when a crew and people assisting by phone have a true spirit of Aloha and truly care about their guests and want to share their knowledge, culture, and beautiful respect for the creatures that inhabit and share our world. Their light hearted happy feelings are contagious aided by music and hula and respectful prayer and chant call out to the sea that we are coming to greet whoever is willing to reveal themselves to us. I will be back again to see more whales, dolphins, turtles and cool kind humans! This company knows most humpbacks end up in Maui but allow customers to come again if whales were not viewed and it fits with the customers schedule or possibly adjust for another tour by paying the cost difference. That is what I did and I chose to go Whales and you again and there was a mother and calf near Hawaii Kai east of Diamond Head. Both trips we saw Hawaiian Spinner Dolphins. The first day most were chilling swimming in circles kind of sleepy and the next day they more active jumping and spinning in the air which makes for great video! The boat had plenty of room and can hold a little over 40 people and the captain will position the boat for everyone gets a good view. Getting on and off the boat is easy for older and large people and if you can’t climb the ladder to the upper deck you will still see all around from below. Holi Holi Holidays! Mahalo! Kelly S.
the staff were great! although we didn't see any whales, we got a lot of great information and a great hula dance :)
Our family had an AMAZING time!! Yogi, Alex, Branz, Ena were great guides. They told us a lot of fun facts about the area and wildlife, we got to see whales, dolphins, sea turtles. The water slide, and kayaks were a nice add on that the other tour boats didn't have. . . Oh and lunch was yummy too!!!
Absolutely loved the crew Shelby, Aiden, and Captain Matt! Saw quite a few whales, will never forget the experience.
We had an incredible time with Captain Jerry, Yuji, Melanie, and Natalie! We saw whales almost as soon as we set out as well as sea turtles and spinner dolphins. Yuji kept our energy up and provided interesting tidbits about the animals and Honolulu. Highly recommend this fantastic tour!
What an amazing time! The crew were great! Very friendly and helpful, and very engaging. There was a lot of action on our tour! There was a whale breaching TWICE, and a baby whale showing off by slapping it's tail over and over! My favorite part of the tour were the crew themselves. Even if we hadn't seen a single whale it still, in my opinion, would've been a fun and worthwhile tour because they made it so enjoyable! I definitely highly recommend them, and if we are ever on Oahu again we will book them again! Corrine O'Keefe Tour date 02/18/2023 7:00 am tour
Thanks for Robert, Aiden, Rachel, and Matt making it a wonderful event. Donuts were good too. First 🐋 we saw breached. Saw lots of blows ,and a few tails and bodies The team made it fun as it can be a waiting game. Highly recommend as the whales and babies are such a wonderful site. Had a great time. The Pizzi's.
We saw at least half a dozen whales breaching, spouting, and flipping their tails. The whole staff was so friendly but hats off to Robert. I got seasick about 20 minutes into it and Robert was by my side in an instant with ginger ale, water, hard candies, and a barf bag. Super nice and non-judging, he made sure I had everything I needed. If I didn't have such a sensitive stomach, I would do it again. Between each lurch I got to see humpback whales. What a memory.
