I’m pregnant and booked our ride. got sick 5 min after booking and they wouldn’t cancel. No empathy. Literally the moment after booking I emailed. I get no cancellation’s but cmon now.
Awesome experience. We were in town not for vacationing but for family matters and needed a means of getting around town. The multi-day pass was an excellent option for the price and locations for pick up and drop off. got to do a little bit of sightseeing too.

Purchased a ticket and when the trolley showed up drive inform us that he was done for the day, spent $66 for nothing, would like a refund.
My husband and I had a day and a half to relax and someone suggested the trolley tours. We purchased the unlimited which allowed us to experience ALL the lines. It was THE BEST idea ever. I highly recommend it. We had variety, beauty, and convenient options. The trolley tour guides were simply wonderful and very knowledgeable...even funny. It's an economical must do, but be sure to have enough time to see it all! The ability to hop on hop off was perfect. We stayed at a few locations and caught the next trolley when it came by. The schedule was very convenient and the stops were well placed!

Poor service not recommended called costumer no answer trolley didnt arrive the O Noah keep on asking for the pink line they've said its behind schedule
Our tour guide, Nani Popolo was amazing! He was knowledgeable about his home. He shared many stories about thr heroes of Pearl Harbor. My husbsnd needed a wheelchair, which he got for him and returned it when we got back on the tour bus!

Very friendly driver. Gave us heaps of tips about Hawaii and told us heaps of stuff about the island we would not have known.
The pickup and dropoff times are very accurate and the bus driver provides information about every stop. There is a lookout point along the Diamond Head route for taking some great pictures.

Travelled with Michelle on the Green line. She offered great background into Hawaiian history, along with "Diamond" head and that it wasn't really diamond. Very thought provoking. Thanks, Michelle.
