Waikiki Sunset Cocktail Cruise Aboard The Majestic By Atlantis

Needs to be upgraded. Music was horrible. Seating wasn’t great the cold food was disgusting. Drinks were watered down. The fireworks display was the best part. There was another boat that was similar to ours that definitely had the crowd we should have been with. Boat needs to be updated to 2026

The staff was friendly and attentive. The boat was tired but showed the care of the staff. The atmosphere was gentle due to the music provided by the guitar player who had a fine voice. If you’re looking for a party boat this is not it. The beauty of the ocean provided for a relaxing time.

We booked this sunset cruise our first day we figured it would be a nice way to kick off our trip & it was a good starting point. Once sailing u get to enjoy some lovely views, the sunset was great, nice slow ride. Once the sun settle it was nice to catch the fire works over the water. This was a nice smooth ride, enjoying the sunset views & fireworks.

Great experience with beautiful sunset views! Right amount of people. Not over crowded and no one was shoving each other.

The return can be delayed so if ubering with a reservations give extra time. We were at least 15 mins later than expected

This was a lovely cruise. Would suggest bringing a jacket but other than that it was wonderful!! Great view of the island and the sunset was gorgeous!

Took same sunset cruise 3 years ago they gave fruit and cheese. Now you get nothing Not worth $77 in my eyes maybe worth $40. Woman taking photos to sell not polite.

If there is a private party on deck one, people with walking disabilities will have to walk upstairs to deck 2 or 3 for seating. The entertainment was not really entertaining. If you want to just cruise to see the sunset than this is the one for you. If you are looking for a little more excitement you want get it here.

The arrival time for the pier is not included w booking info. We received a text one hour before check in time saying we had to be there in 60 minutes. Rushed!

Well orchestrated evening cruise. Great music and bar! Everyone very accommodating. Great end to our stay in Hawaii!

There was wait service yet no one waited on us. I had to go up to bar and order each drink. Staff were friendly and personable but the chairs were cheap and uncomfortable

Out of all the sunset cruises we could've chosen from, we are soo happy we chose the Majestic by Atlantis. The boat was NOT overcrowded at all because it was so large and their were so many diff places for people to stand and sit. Everyone had lots of room to take stunning pics, with no one in the background. The boat was clean and the boat staff were soo friendly. The cocktail selection was impressive (premium alcohol and fresh ingredients) and very reasonably priced. They had every snack a kid could dream of, which my kids loved and excellent virgin mocktails. I liked that there was seating on the deck, on the front of the boat. The pictures from that deck were stunning and we had breathtaking views during the whole cruise. My one compliant is that I wish it was longer because we were having such a great time. I highly recommend.

It was very nice not too busy. There was plenty of room to walk around. We were fortunate to have a beautiful evening weather wise. Beautiful sunset. The music was relaxing to listen to as well as the explanations. Highly recommend.

Fun had some sing along songs had a couple shuffles to dance along with also have an bar with additional drink and snacks to purchase very kid friendly

Don't go alone more fun if with a date or group. The crew especially the lady bartender were very friendly. People on the boat mostly avoided making new acquaintances. Overall had a good experience..

Boat ride after dark was not that interesting see could have watched the fireworks from shore just as easily. I would recommend a sunset cruise instead

This sunset cruise was really well done, everyone was super super nice, very professional, definitely made us feel important and taken care of. Four stars because there essentially wasn't any food. Prepackaged salads and sandwiches, lots of snacks, all of which you had to buy on your own. If they had had hot food you could order, that would have been great! The ticket price comes with one free drink, which was delicious, but you have a choice of a cocktail already made when you board, or beer or wine. You can pay for additional cocktails. We also went on a Tuesday night so it wasn't very busy and there were no fireworks, but the views were stunning and it was so relaxing.

Great view of sunset, but I was expecting better experience on the boat. Food was minimal so make sure not to board hungry. Cocktails reasonably priced. This could have been elevated experience if they would have offered better food like fruit and cheese tray, shrimp cocktail. Entertainment was minimal with one solo musician. No photographer on board. For next time I would look for a more specialized and elevated experience for a sunset cruise.

Great cruise! Boat went fast, we were able to see the sunset clearly, and weather was great. We went on a Thursday, that maybe had something to do with how it was not booked fully. That added to the great experience, not too many people to dodge and lots of space for photos. Staff is super friendly and accommodating. They do give you instructions on arrival and when the boat will be leaving - this was strict, the boat did in fact leave when they said so make sure to be on time. So long as you’re there before last call time, then you’re good! Complimentary drinks were great, the bar was also great, everyone ordered and finished some drink. They also provide lemonade and water for those who don’t drink alcohol as well. Overall, really good experience. Would come here again.

On the day for the sunset cruise it was rainy and since I didn't cancel before 24 hours the cruise was scheduled to depart I was not able to get a refund. Now im out $170.00. We didn't want to go out on a rain cruise.

Save your money!! This cruise is close to being a scam! The “cocktail” park of the cruise is 1 free drink in a little champagne flute. Then I was charged $15 dollars a drink, when you can find the waitress to order- also you have to give them you card when you order the first drink. The first drink had no alcohol in it! You can tell if a Pinacolda has alcohol in it. I ask the waitress if she brought me a virgin drink. She replied that I could get a double in the next drink, I said ok and ordered a Lava drink. It was so bad I took one drink and gave it back to the waitress. The trip is only 1.5 hours so at this point the trip is over. So she brought me and my husband an already paid for receipt for $75!! We had 3 drinks!! Even at $15 a piece that would only be $45 for exactly 3 cocktails that we could not drink! When we finally tracked her down (I’m pretty sure she was hiding because everyone on our level was having the same issue- not being able to even drink what they had ordered), she argued with me that we had 4 drinks, I stated that still would not have been $75!! Then she states that a double drink cost $30!!! And, she had to admit that she had charged us for a drink that was sitting at our table!! So, the $75 was already taken out of our account, cruise is over and the waitress and bar tender now have to audacity to ask for a tip! I mean seriously!! You just stole $75 and I can’t get it back- you charged me $30 for a hideous drink that was not potable (as in not drinkable), you charged me for someone else’s drink, and for 2 other drinks that were not potable and you want a tip!! Here was her trip- read your review!!!

Loved, loved this pleasant and peaceful experience. Being able to watch the sunset in Hawaii was so surreal!!! Yet another experience everyone should take advantage of. Also the delicious Majestic Merle cocktail. Chef’s kiss

This was such a nice cruise! Wife and I went on our first night on vacation, and it was such a nice way to set the tone of our trip. Great crew, love music, and of course, beautiful sunset!

It was awesome . The staff was friendly and courteous. The boat was big and spacious. It was just the right temperature on the boat.

Honestly, I had such a great trip, this would be rated 10 out of 5. Jim was so great and knowledgeable. He spoke to my friend and I for a good while and educated us about Hawaii and its history. I didn't even know he was the manager. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Makoto (I believe) was the captain, and he was also very kind to my friend and I. He let is in the Captain house and even let me steer! It was amazing! There was a musician who was singing the whole time, and I truly appreciated him. The whole trip was honestly very memorable for me. It wasn't just the sunset, because I didn't take many pictures of it haha, but it was honestly just talking to the crew. Shout out to Jim, Makoto, and Austin. Thank you guys for having us. God bless you and your families <3

Great view of sunset and waikiki. Crew was friendly. The option to sit in an air conditioned deck or the open air deck was nice.

Very beautiful views on the boat. Seeing sunset on the way out the sea and seeing the Waikīkī lit up at night with the fireworks. The experience that definitely like to do it again.

We took the Friday night cruise to see the fireworks and it was the best view! I highly recommend this tour. The boat was clean, spacious and large with plenty of room to move around. I liked that we could sit inside for the cruising and then head outside to watch the fireworks. It was very enjoyable for the entire family.

this is the worst sunset cruise ever buy the bigger boat there’s only snacks on here and no meals they sail away from the sunset you don’t get to see it the fire works are trash man I regret buying this
