Waikiki Snorkeling & Ocean Waterpark Adventure From Oahu

We were not able to make the experience as it wasn not made clear the boat was leaving at 2:00. From the confirmation email and the Viator site, it said 2:00 time and we ordered an uber to be taking us to the marina to get there 10 minutes early. We are on our honeymoon and trying to make the most of our time here but the service experience was poor. There was no empathy and the only solution provided was to be rebooked to another time slot. As I understand we do not want to delay others, they informed us they would not be able to take us while we were in the car. When we arrived at the marina before turning around to the hotel, the group was still standing outside!! After having no semblance of understanding from the two people we spoke to, unfortunately we are just going to have to eat the cost of an experience we booked for a once in a lifetime trip. I’m sure it wpuld Be fun if you were an hour early but don’t be even a minute late or you will be met with no sort of nicities. Would recommend going on one of the 20 other boat/snorkelling experiences

The captain was funny, it was nice and relaxing, the crew was awesome. Definitely recommend this for family's.they also provide drinks and snacks.

We saw several turtles from the boat, but I didn't see any while I was snorkeling. There were lots of fish near the back of the boat where they were feeding them. This was only a few days after Hurricane Lala and the water wasn't super clear, but it was still a great time! The slide and diving platform got alot of use! Our particular group was only about 50 people and that felt like a great number where isn't wasn't too crowded.

Loved the experience. The family really enjoyed it. The guides were excellent.

The crew is fantastic. The whole experience is well managed and fun!! I lost my glasses in the water (forgetting I had them on) and one of the crew dove down and retrieved them! Can’t say thank you enough to the whole crew. And the mai tais helped a lot!!totally recommend this excursion. You won’t regret it.

The team was very informative and did an awesome job at explaining all the details we needed to know before going into the water.

This was a disappointing activity! The inflatable water slide (which was half the reason we chose this) was not able to be used; we were told once out at sea, it had a hole in it. We should have been informed about this before getting on the boat. The snorkeling location was less than average, very choppy seas, minimal fish. I would not recommend this activity. Spend your money elsewhere!

Guides were awesome and would point out the turtles when they were close to the surface. Lots of snorkeling with fish, jumping off of the inflatable cliff, and slide. The kids had an absolute blast and it was so memorable!

Perfect 2 hour trip! Awesome people and memories to last a lifetime! Will go again within a month 🤙🏼

The boat and staff were fine, but very disappointed that they decided to tell us once we were already at the destination spot that the slide was popped which means they already knew before we left the dock. Also, there was no flotation mat out, so basically only 2 of the 4 included activities were offered.

Snorkeling fairly close to shore at a reef. We did see sea turtles and fish. The slide was broken. I chose this vendor over others for the slide and was not made aware the slide was not available until we were getting in the water. Very disappointed. No discount offered.

There were slides, jump pads, floating mats, etc. If you are only interested in a less expensive snorkel, this was great. But if they had told me none of the other items were going to be available before we left and gave us the option for a refund, I would have appreciated it. We had already snorkeled in this area.

Crew was amazing, they made sure we were all good and taken care of, very fun and informative! Very cool vibes and perfect for families, will book again for future tours!

The crew was beyond amazing !! I lost my new mission 1, 1000 dollar go pro, and the boys from the crew found it on the bottom of the ocean ! They treated my kids well, snacks and drinks, they were awesome, made it a great experience and will be back, and we saw a huge sea turtle ! My son freaked out, definitely coming back !!

Crew is friendly knowledgeable we had snacks we saw turtles one of the crew members swam down and caught an octopus and sea urchins it the water slide was so much fun and the jumping stand was really fun too! We loved it and I recommend all to do this!

Great excursion, just the right amount of time. My husband and myself enjoyed our time, we stayed in Waikiki so just plan to transport yourself over.

This was one of the best things we did on our holiday and the captain and crew were the best. I can highly recommend. Everything was taken care of and they were so helpful and accommodating.

We had 9 people in our group and everyone had an amazing time. My 6 year old grandson absolutely loved it.

All crew members where professional they all seemed to enjoy their jobs. Crew where vigilant of client safety. Regularly checking in with people and wasting them on and off the boat 10/10 service

This was so much fun! We had a great time! The crew was so funny and very helpful. My parents were with us and they have mobility issues and everyone helped to make sure they could enjoy the experience with us, especially Kelan(?). It was awesome! Would 100% book again!

Use sunblock and watch out for the current. The crew will look out for you at all times. They are extremely helpful.

Terrible experience. Got sea sick, water was not calm. 5 other people was sick. The staff was not friendly.

What an amazing experience, swimming with the turtles and beautiful colourful fish in the clear waters. We had so much fun exploring and enjoying the slide and jumping platform. Our captain was incredible! She was greeting everyone as they boarded the boat, she was super friendly, very helpful in assisting us getting back on the boat after snorkeling and was always checking in with each guest throughout the experience. There was nothing she couldn’t do! If you are looking for a fun experience then I would highly recommend!!!

Overall, we had a fun experience. The only downside was that I wish they had a more secure place to store belongings. While my husband and I were swimming in the ocean, valuables were stolen from my bag. I recommend not bringing anything valuable that you wouldn’t want to risk losing.

The staff were Amazing. It was energetic, fun, and entertaining. Perfect experience for families with young kids or people not comfortable in the ocean. Life vests or stomach floats were mandatory. Turtles were seen on multiple occasions.the blowups were a blast. My only complaint was the stench from the bathrooms. It made me sick to my stomach.

The crew and boat were great! However the snorkel location wasn’t great. Not much to see and very wavy. I have done other snorkel tours where they were more in a bay or cove and the fish and sea creature's were much better and the waves not so big.

Everything about this experience was awesome from all three tour guides on the boat from the beautiful views the beautiful fishes seen dolphins and being in the open water very blue nice and beautiful. The views were more than stunning. I would do this 1000 times again, thank you to Captain Jack and his two crewmates. I 100% recommend renting their GoPro camera for $45. I got video content swimming under the water while snorkeling and the content is the best thing I got on this trip being able to have underwater content video of the fishes. That was my favorite part. It’s awesome.

Fun filled day on the water for the whole family. We snorkeled & went down the giant water slide. Great fun & wonderful memories.

This was our 7 & 8 year olds first time on boat to go snorkeling. They weren't willing to do the slide or jump off areas but they loved the snorkeling. I loved that there were two tether floating to help give them a guide as to where to stay and when they had gotten too far. So many tropical fish to see.

So much fun. Truly exemplify the Aloha spirits. The crew was friendly and fun. The slide and the jumping area where a lot of fun for everyone drinks were very good also. The boat was very clean with a lot of space to set. A must do for a family fun in Hawaii.

We loved this very affordable trip. The snorkel site wasn’t anything spectacular but you’ll see some fish. The slide and spring board were popular with us. The captain and her crew were all a joy and super friendly and helpful. The boat was super clean and well cared for. We would come here each time we visit Oahu.

Friendly staff and the boat was fun. They had a slide off the boat and a platform to Jump off of. Snacks and drinks were included, alcohol was terrible. That is about all I can say that’s positive about this experience. I understand we can’t control the sea conditions or really what you see… but we felt cheated on the snorkeling. We have done MANY snorkeling trips prior to this. But they literally go out about 10 ish minutes from where you board which was a let down. They also put fish bait in the water to attract the fish. I can almost guarantee had they not done that, we wouldn’t have seen anything. Visibility was terrible. Where they tied up the boat wasn’t really a reef and they force everyone to wear a life jacket no matter skill or age. The water was pretty rough, I can understand why everyone had to wear some sort of flotation device. But this really prohibited the experienced snorkelers from diving down and really seeing anything. I would not book this snorkeling trip again and would do some better research prior to booking another. Overall, the boat and staff were great but the experience of snorkeling was a MAJOR let down and it was barely 2 hours total from boarding to disembarking. They also charge a $9 fuel surcharge per person if you book anywhere else than their site and you have to pay for parking.

Cool experience out on the water . The vessel I was on had slides and the staff was fun with great personalities. Very interactive with the customers.

Boat was on time and checking in was smooth. The crew was amazing and attentive. The slide was a really cool add on. We didn’t get a chance to see the sea turtles but it was still really enjoyable. They also had snacks, waters and sodas available.

We had a great time! This is a fun, relaxing activity if you're looking to spend a couple of hours on the water and try something different. The snorkeling is enjoyable, but don't expect an amazing reef or lots of marine life—if you're an experienced snorkeler, you may be a bit disappointed. The inflatable water park was a lot of fun, especially for families and anyone who likes being active in the water. Free drinks and snacks are included during the activities, which is a nice touch. My only criticism is the value: it's a bit expensive for what's included, particularly if you don't drink alcohol. Overall, I'd recommend it for a laid-back afternoon rather than as a serious snorkeling excursion.

Planned our first day here around this excursion and they cancelled last minute. We were unable to book anything else on our first day because everything was booked. What a waste of time and money
