This was my first time doing something like this. I felt comfortable, safe and I had so much fun! The hosts were very kind and professional. I did this solo so I had to go up with a couple due to the wind. I’d book this experience again for sure!

It definitely is not an hour. We were back 37 minutes later. The crew was amazing but we seemed rushed. Also you get 5 minutes in the air max.
Kids and husband did the parasail on our holiday to Hawaii and it was so much fun for them. My daughters said this was the highlight of the trip, absolutely loved it! Just expect to pay the fuel charge on the day approx $9 per person!
It was very good and I had fun The experience was fun. I shared parasailing with two others Ken and Dianne the crew members were fantastic. The weather was nice. I had a good time. I would do it again.
Each group of 2 or 3 people gets about 10 minutes in the air and it is so beautiful and fun. We had an amazing time. My husband doesn't like heights but we didn't have any issues and the water was fantastic. We paid extra for pictures ($45) and they gave it to us on an SD card. Worth it!

Unfortunately weather prevented us from going on this excursion. But the folks who contacted us were very friendly and professional and apologetic. They said we'd have our refund in 5-7 business days.. so we should see it any day
I just turned 63 2 days ago. Parasailing was the most daring thing I've done...besides having 3 kids. I thought that I was going to get on the boat and freeze up and not parasail. It was great. I'd do it again. I'm glad that I went.
Five glowing stars for the crew who successfully talked me out of chickening out! I’ll admit, I was completely terrified and half a second away from firmly planting my feet on solid ground, but this team is practically made of magic and patience. They were so warm and encouraging that they completely melted my nerves and gave me the absolute best time up in the sky. 100% worth every second! I can't thank them enough for the gentle push, and I would absolutely trust this crew to launch me into the clouds again!

We decided to parasail on a whim. It was something I’ve wanted to do but my wife is scared of large bodies of water and heights. I threw it out there and she said she’d try it too! We were both nervous but once we got on the boat and saw all the beautiful surrounds and the water itself it calmed us. This experience is something I believe EVERYONE that can, should try! It is WELL WORTH the money spent!! This was an opportunity I never thought I’d get to experience with my wife and we both enjoyed it so much!!

We’ve gone parasailing before, but they were so helpful with the new folks. Check‑in was quick, the location was easy to find. Highly recommend this team for a fun, memorable adventure.

It is a big venue! But was well worth it. Lots of Hula and Fire dancers. Great blessing of the food. Book the transportation as there is a lot of traffic. Took us an hour and a half from Hilton village.

Hello, my name is Julian Poole and my Wife and I was supposed to enjoy this parasailing July 27th, 2026 and as we were 10 mins away I get a call saying that they cancelled our parasailing. Not only did they cancel 10 mins before our arrival they said I would get a refund of my $170 I still haven’t got my refund and it’s now been a month. This is a scam if you want to parasail please find another company.
I absolutely cannot thank you guys enough! The communication with my reservation time change due to in coming storm was GReaT!! The experience itself is a lifelong memory!!! And my $100 tip to our guides does not feel like enough gratuity for how thankful I am for easing, educating, reassuring my son who was in tears and genuinely terrified. . We did it! He loved it! The excursion itself was nice. There was about 10-12 people in our party. We spend maybe 3-5 mins in the air. My only complaint was the two male workers were kind of forcing how much $ to leave on tips. We probably would've given them more if they hadn't told us how much is "normal" as a tip for each of them. Other than that I would recommend!

Easy to find, guides were great, super fun activity to do! Doesn’t take up a lot of time either so if you have a little time to kill I highly recommend doing this. They do photos for you as well

This has been something I have wanted to do for many years, but with some mobility problems I didn’t think it was possible. I brought my granddaughter on vacation and she really wanted to parasail, so we did. The guides were so wonderful and helpful with me, so I was able to enjoy this with her. We had the time of our life. Highly recommend it.

The boating staff was great! The person checking us in could use some interpersonal skill training. We could not find her and was trying to get directions from Pier E, she was unable to help when I gave her our location and then said the boat was going to leave without us. I would recommend sending a link prior to ck in for the Waiver to save time.
An amazing and fun experience. The beginning is very mellow and we took pictures, and the water dip had me laughing aloud. The crew was very professional yet friendly and just funny enough to not be overboard… pun intended.

The girls who issued the passes were very unfriendly to us, I don't know if it was because we were late or if they were just not in the mood, these two stars that I gave to the guys on the boat are better than what happened to us
Should give everyone at least 10 minutes, ride lasted about 5 minutes, also pictures should be provided in a different format, like email.
There is additional charge after you are checked in and signed the waiver. It seems It doesn’t go as high as it says.
We did parasailing with them recently. Overall the experience was very well organized, efficient, and professional. Everything was handled smoothly from check-in to getting on the boat. 📍 Location: 1025 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, Hawaii Once you park, don’t forget to pay for parking — we learned that the hard way and got a ticket! 😅 🚶♀️ Getting to the boat: Walk toward Pier E, Slip F-6. Check-in is at the yellow-and-blue-striped booth next to the “Magic” sign. Make sure you arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled departure. 🎒 Tip: Carry the minimum with you. They take care of the rest and you really don’t need to bring much onboard. 💰 One thing to know: The basic experience is well organized, but photos, tips, and other extras come at an additional cost, so be prepared for those charges. Overall, it was a fun, smooth, and memorable experience, and seeing Waikīkī from up in the air was definitely worth it! 🪂
Although the actual parasailing was amazing, the description is misleading - the one-hour duration is really only half an hour. There were 5 groups on the same boat. The first was up in the air at 8:03 and we were back at the pier around 8:35. The video we took showed us in the air for about 4 minutes. Plan accordingly - you will get wet as they purposely dunk you in the water upon descent. It feels great! You can bring a towel but no shoes are allowed on the boat - they lock them up in a bin on the pier.
This was my first time doing anything like this. I had an amazing time I will be doing this again and again. I hope my operators be as amazing as these 2 gentleman were.

It was so fun! Easy to find & there’s affordable parking right by the meeting point. They had music playing while we were on the boat it was such a vibe. We did the 1000ft option and it was totally worth it. The crew was so nice & very welcoming, they also offer photos in the air with affordable pricing! When I come back to parasail again I’ll be going back to this specific business!
It was great, had a great time the the captain and his assistant. Gave the option to get wet when they lower us back to the boat. Over all great.

Guide women was very disrespectful. Almost got the sense she was racist. Kept saying andale and amigo like if automatically because of the color of my skin she new I talked spanish?? Did not enjoy the experience. The young gentlemen driving the boat did a fine job and was respectful.
