Waikiki Catamaran Snorkel With Lunch: Turtles Guaranteed

We booked a last minute trip to go see the turtles after a hurricane. The sights weren't awesome because the sea was murkey. But the crew was amazing. They took great care of us. They made sure everybody had something to eat. Something to drink and tried their best to show us turtles. We did see a couple and they assured us that we would normally see more in better weather. We would totally recommend Capt. Anthony and Sophia. And Sofia, again, they were absolutely outstanding.

This was incredible! If I could do it again I would but would book for longer! Guides/crew were so nice too! 10 out of 10!

Overall was a good experience. In total saw 3 turtles, the water was a bit murky that day so it was hard to see. The crew was extremely nice and knowledgeable. The stop and go of the boat really got to me even with lots of dramamine, so I was out of commission the rest of the day.

We loved every moment of this. The people who were running the experience were so friendly, making sure everyone was comfortable and having a good time.

Staff was knowledgeable and kind. Boat was very clean and easy to get around on. We went for the lunch snorkel and everything was as expected, cocktails were yummy. We have booked several trips across Mexico and the Caribbean, this was by far a top three experience. We got to actually sail along the coast in high winds and the sail itself was beautiful! The boat was not over crowded, it was almost a semi-private tour! The captain found an octopus and we got to see it up close! Very cool. Staff explained the type of fish and why all the turtles gather in this bay, it’s a cleaning station for them. They rest while the little fish clean their shells. We saw many in the water and along the bottom.

We booked this boat last minute, we arrived to a larger catamaran than others we had been on, we, a family of 5, had the whole boat with just 3 other guests. The boat felt newer & clean. The staff were friendly & fun. We had an amazing snorkel experience & saw loads of turtles. We were provided with a turkey lettuce wrap & chips for lunch. Would highly recommend this boat cruise.

The excursion was great, relaxing and enjoyable, I like the sailing first have, the snorkeling with sea turtles and slow ride back to port. The crew (Capt Chris, Sonia and the other lady) sorry can’t remember her name, all were great hostesses, friendly and accommodating.

Really an excellent tour! We had a bar and some snacks for the trip. The snorkeling part was awesome and informative. We even saw a sea urchin,parrotfish, and starfish.

The crew was very helpful and friendly, and the equipment was thoroughly cleaned. The boat clearly displayed all licenses. It was a very enjoyable trip with detailed explanations and a focus on safety. Drinks and a snack were provided. We saw many fish and turtles. I highly recommend the company.

This is a a great excursion!! Captain Ryan and his crew were awesome. We saw lots of colorful fish and even a reef shark, not to mention all the turtles. Great time with a great crew.

​Five stars for Hawaii Nautical! The entire crew—Captain Christopher, Kelsie, and Cat—were absolutely fantastic, exceptionally friendly, and so helpful throughout the trip. The ride out on their huge catamaran was incredibly smooth and comfortable as we headed out to see the sea turtles. ​The absolute highlight of the day was an unexpected surprise: the crew got word that a super rare whale shark was in the area. They didn't hesitate and quickly got us over there to see it, turning an already great day into an unforgettable, once-in-a-lifetime experience. Highly recommend this amazing crew!

Crew and guide were great, family had a a good time wouldn’t recommend for smaller kids or ones inexperienced with snorkeling.

Excellent experience! Signed up solo and had a great time. Shuttle service was luxurious, boat was big and staff were friendly. Lunch was provided with food allergy accommodation and tasty cocktails at the bar on board. If you’re looking at a catamaran boat tour, this one was top tier.

The crew was awesome. Attentive to dietary needs. My kids had the best time. We travel a lot and this was by far the best experience. We were guaranteed to swim with sea turtles and we weren’t disappointed

I am an advanced snorkeler and SCUBA so I look for more higher level excursions. We ended up choosing this one due to its proximity to our Hilton Hawaiian village Waikiki Beach hotel and shuttle pickup and drop-off. We arrived around 1030 and waited a half hour at the marina for the crew to show up. There was nothing to do over there and no shade. If that was the case, the shuttle could've picked us up around 1030. Captain Topher, Natalie and Greta were very accommodating once aboard. Brief safety lessons for the beginners and we set sail. Drinks started flowing and we enjoyed the ride out to Turtles Canyon. We even saw some humpback whales in Waikiki Bay which was amazing, even from afar. The snorkeling was around 45 minutes and guided in the water by Natalie who knew exactly where to find the turtles. Kudos to the crew for being of assistance. After we boarded from snorkeling, turkey wraps were served for lunch and they even adhered to dietary restrictions such as no mayonnaise or gluten free. As I stated before, and with all the snorkeling excursions we saw on Viator and TripAdvisor, these companies don't give much options to sail around to other ports and locations. For the price we paid, they could have included more spots to snorkel. All in all, the crew were fantastic so no complaints there.

Great experience. Friendly and capable staff. Good food and drinks. Several steps above your typical touristy boat experience. Not crowded or chaotic.

Guides Greta and Natalie were great. Water was a bit choppy, didn't matter. Saw quite a few turtles, lots of fish. Drinks were real not a mix. We were fortunate to hit it on a day were only 20 passengers. Thanks to the captain and crew we had a great time.

The crew and Captain were awesome! After we snorkeled we had a nice lunch and some delicious drinks. And then instead of taking us back they kept to their word and took us for a nice sail out to sea + we spent an hour sailing. What a perfect beautiful day! We saw the normal fish that you would expect to see in Hawaii + turtles and some dolphins on the way out. Highly recommend this tour. 🐢🐬🐠🍹

This was a great charter! We saw lots of sea turtles and even saw whales on the sail back to the harbor. The boat was clean, and the staff were amazing. Highly recommend!

Chris, Greta, and Jessy were great! Very positive and helpful but not overbearing . They obviously love being on the water and are good at putting newbies at ease. The craft was clean and safe and the gear was well-maintained. Would recommend.

The catamaran sail was very enjoyable but the snorkeling was very crowded. Lunch was simply a deli wrap.

We had an awesome tour with Chris, Natalie and Greta . The water was choppy but Natalie and Greta were very attentive, helpful, accommodating and friendly. They made sure we were all safe in the water and that there was help if needed. We saw a lot of turtles surfacing and some fish. It was so beautiful on the catamaran as the boat is very well maintained. The food and drinks were also good. Overall great experience and would recommend.

Ronnie, Whitney and Captain Chris were amazing guides! We saw turtles, a stingray, a sea cucumber, an urchin and lots of beautiful fish! Lunch was delicious and the views were unbelievable!

Captain Joey and the girls on 10/25/25 were absolutely amazing. The girls were very helpful and kind to everyone. I highly recommend this tour and we will be back in the future for a sunset cruise.

The catamaran was beautiful, the staff was very friendly, accommodating, very knowledgeable and did everything they could to make sure we saw turtles!

They cancelled the excursion less than 12 hours before start time. Said there was not enough people to make it worth their time. Two days later, I still have not received a refund. And, it should be noted, they avoided any use of the Viator platform when canceling the excursion.

The staff including Captain JoJo, Kelley and Whitney were phenomenal! Very attentive, informative, and professional. Ftom the time i arrived through the end of the excursion was a great experience. We saw many turtles and enjoyed the time in the boat as much as in the water. Highly recommend this turtle excursion! Also, the transportation was on time and prompt both arriving and returning!

This felt like a private cruise. The boat was fantastic, and the crew provided top service. If we are ever back in Honolulu we will definitely do this again.

Snorkelling with the turtles was absolutely unforgettable. We saw several turtles up close – some resting on the ocean floor, others swimming right by us without a care in the world. They were majestic and peaceful. Topper, Sofia & Natalie were knowledgeable and respectful of the sea life, making sure we kept a safe and non intrusive distance. Highly recommend!

Crew was super friendly, always offering to bring us drinks. We took the 8 AM so I didn’t drink any of the alcoholic drinks offered, and I was driving. But they had fun tropical cocktails as well as beer. The snacks were mini bags of potato chips, so if you are taking the morning excursion, you should eat breakfast first. Water was super calm, sometimes I get motion sickness, but it didn’t bother me at all. Two other people in the boat were extremely sick, but they had actually never been on a boat before. Description says three hours, but we were back at the dock by 10 AM, so it was only two hours. We spent about 45 minutes in the water. We got to see three turtles! It was pretty amazing. They would come to the surface to breathe right in front of you! Overall, it was a good experience, a little shorter than I would’ve wanted and expected, but everything else was really great!

Bathroom before departing is far from the slip. Better to park near restrooms under the tree if you’re driving. Parking was cheap and easy. The trip was awesome. Captain and crew were so friendly answered all of our questions and saw 6 or 7 turtles.

Such a great experience! From start to finish, this tour was perfect for our group of 6, (4 adults and 2 teenagers). Capt Joey, Greta and Natalie were professional, knowledgeable and fun! We saw so many fish and the turtles!!! Just amazing 😁. Highly recommend!!

Only saw one turtle and very few fish. Water was overcrowded and hard to see anything. Would not recommend

It was a great experience! We had Chris, Clay and Cabrina as our guides and captains. Very entertaining crew! They went over safety precautions and gave clear directions. I’m not a strong swimmer, and I felt completely safe with the high visibility life vest and snorkel gear. Clay and Cabrina go out in the ocean with you and explain the different kinds of fish and reef life to you. We saw about 3 turtles and an octopus!
