Waikiki And Diamond Head Parasailing Experience

It was so much fun!! The staff is great and make it fun. We also felt safe the whole time. The views are just breathtaking I was afraid of heights but with those views all my feer went away. The staff also took great pictures.

Capt. Sean and first mate Luke are amazing. Our first time and they guide you through the process no panic no stress. They were a lot of fun! Mahalo

My husband and I did the 850ft parasailing adventure and it was amazing.The boat crew, Sean and Luke were the best!! We even did the dip. The view from above was incredible. I would recommend this adventure and we plan to do it again on our next trip to Hawaii. It was the perfect way to end our trip. Oh and please buy the photo package. You’ll have proof that you really did it!! 😂

What an experience! This was beyond great, my first time parasailing and I had a blast! The trip to the take off spot is a little rocky especially if you get motion sickness, however it’s definitely a must!

First time parasailing. Chose the 1100 feet elevation and the view was fantastic. I would do it again.

We have been parasailing numerous times, but never like this!! Lieutenant Dan and Kyle were the absolute best ever. HUGE Wow! So friendly, so professional, great ride with a bit of extra time for our birthday daughter. Our 8 year old granddaughter was really afraid, but they calmed her down and she sailed and loved it! They turned her fears into pride and cheered all of us up too. The photo package of wonderful pictures and great memories was first class. Additionally, we were first to arrive for check-in and they made sure we were on the first of 2 boats in operation. Dan and Kyle were delightful and funny and trustworthy! A++ customer service! Thanks so much for the best ever parasailing experience.

I felt like I was as high as some of those beautiful mist covered mountains! So peaceful and beautiful flying along.

Crew was amazing, they help you every step of the way before and during your turn. If you get sea sick i don’t reccomend as it is a smaller boat meaning you can feel the waves and rocking of the boat a lot more. If you are scared of heights, don’t be afraid i promise it is so worth it!

Good Parasailing Experience except for the pictures I paid for they were not close up.,could not tell that it was me. Need to do better job in picture taking

When we checked in we were told to pay $18 extra because we booked through Tripadvisor . I didn't see that in the disclosures. The parasailing was fun . The time in the air was about 5- 10 mins . The view of Waikiki was fabulous. The boat blasted loud music all the way which was not enjoyable.

We had a wonderful experience the host was vibrant and helpful during our ride. The water was the bluest water ive ever seen and sailing over it was very peaceful. had a blast and took some memorable pics.

James Marty and Sean were extreamly helpful and funny! Very good experience and very safe everyone in my group had a blast despite the nerves!

It's safe and fun with a touch of scary! Haha. The guys were helpful and upbeat and encouraging! They were very friendly to our special needs daughter to help her feel at ease.

When we arrived we were told we had to pay an additional $10 per person because we booked with Viator/trip advisor. I have used Viator for many trips, states and bookings and never have I had to pay more. After further investigation I did see where I would need to pay an extra $8 pp but the guy was so rude and finally refunded me $5. We have parasailed probably 10 times and this was not the best. Crew was ok but playlist sucked. Parachute was ugly. I would NEVER book with this company again. So many Other good options off Waikiki beach. Don’t bother with this one.

These guys really know their stuff! They work together seamlessly and it couldn't have went better. Best time on the water! Thank you for an awesome adventure!

Had a small weather delay, but the crew didn’t let the weather bother them. Had a successful trip with breaks in the sky. Great crewmen.

Family of 6 4 kids 18-15-13- and 5 they made us all feel welcome and even helped talk our ( year old in to going up great experience and a fun time I would recommend asking to see the photos before you purchase them they didn’t turn out at all. But I did take my own camera. 10 out of 10 for Sundance I can’t remember is team mates name

The guy with the locs in the shack has the worst attitude. They had the nerve to have a sign next to the window that say if you're irritated, in a bad mood or just mean, you will be charged $10. He need to be charged... the guys on the boat were extremely nice and made up for the jerk in the hut... hated i have them my money... rude for NO REASON

​I cannot recommend Waikiki and Diamond Head Parasailing enough. From start to finish, the customer service was outstanding. Our boat operators, Mark and Clyde, were fantastic—they were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure everyone had a great experience. The views were breathtaking, but it was the friendly atmosphere and professional crew that truly made the day special. A must-do in Waikiki!

Beautiful, fun & hilarious! We saw whales, dolphins & the most breathtaking Birds Eye view of waikiki!!!!!! The 2 hosts had a great attitude & even better jokes!

Felt totally safe but also exhilarating. The staff were very professional and fun. Captain Dan and his crewman Dawson were amazing. The views were absolutely breathtaking. My husband and I enjoyed being dipped in the water upon landing. Highly recommend trying this experience.

I was reluctant to try parasailing, but I'm so glad I did. I'm in my 50s and had a blast. My 22 year old son was my partner. Sundance and Dawson are fabulous. They had us all laughing and made us all comfortable. Julie that handles reservations and check in was so sweet and friendly. If you're thinking about parasailing, Extreme Parasailing with this crew is the only way to go!

Had a great time! Place was easy to find and check in was a breeze. Even with the rain the employees made our experience a blast and I would recommend to anyone rain or shine.
