Malia with Daniels Hawaii tours was terrific! Her knowledge of the islands and the history of Hawaii was great. She enjoyed having fun on the tour with her ohana (family) as we circled from Honolulu up to the north side and returned. On the drive back she had many suggestions for things to do and see. Highly recommend.

Tyler, driver/guide was a wealth of knowledge. We were treated to more than basic information about Oahu, Tyler shared stories about local happenings and history that added to the many stops and the day. Tyler was spot on with lunch choice and the menu choices were all good. The van was comfortable and accommodated our small group well. I highly recommend this tour, you will see the most important/interesting points on Oahu.

Tyler was very knowledgeable of the places in Hawaii. He was a safe and courteous driver which made the ride pleasant. We got to see a lot of landmarks around the island. I was disappointed that we didn’t have lunch at the food trucks which I was looking forward to. We instead had lunch at one spot that had about 8 options to select from. The food was good. There were so many places to go to on the trip that at times things felt very rushed. I do like that we had several bathroom break options and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable at each place.

Our guide ,Tyler, was awesome. He knew Hawaii well and shared lots of details with us. He was also pleasant with some humor which made the day a joy.

I have no problem with Viator or their customer service. We have booked many trips with them with no issues. But the 3rd party company they use for this excursion, Daniels Hawaii, I would not recommend especially if you paid for your excursion to see the items on the itenerary. Our tour guide made everyone feel like the stops on our itenerary were just tourist traps, that she knew Hawaii better and there were better places to stop. Problem is, we are tourists! So she had a voting session on what we would do instead. It was a full bus so some people were outnumbered on the vote. Tourists buy the Unforgettable Day on Oahu excursion to do tourist things not just to be driven around Hawaii at break neck speeds so she could get back to our drop-off points faster. Two of the highlights on the itenerary for me (which is why i bought it), was one, the famous food trucks on the north shore. We didn't stop there at all! She said she knew a better place to have lunch and had us order from there. There were very few items on this menu (a fish, a chicken and a vegetarian option). If we had went to the food trucks there would have been a little more diversity in what you could eat. I didn't get to try the most famous garlic shrimp from the food truck that created it. Stop number two that was the most important, was the Dole Plantation. I found out at lunch that another couple on the bus really wanted to go there as well, but they felt they were also voted against. So my husband begged for us to stop there. She said she could give us 5 minutes to get a dole whip and leave. We were supposed to have had at least 20 minutes according to the itenerary. I'm not trying to be a stickler for what the itenerary says. We're on vacation, have fun. But I paid over 200 dollars to physically see certain things. I thought about Ubering back out there even though I had already paid for the bus trip and it was way too expensive. So I was very disappointed in this trip. If there are too many stops on the list for the guide to feasibly do in 6 hours then someone should rewrite this excursion. I won't be recommending Daniel's Hawaii to anyone or tour guide Christine who asked us to tip her 4 times.

It was a fun way to see the island. It was wonderful having the knowledge of someone who has lived here his whole life. Tyler was very knowledgeable.

Tyler was a fantastic tour guide! We had a great day, learned a lot about Hawaii, and all the insider info from a local! Comfortable ride, just the right amount of stops. Saw whales, turtles and pineapples! Wonderful way to spend a Mostly cloudy day in paradise!

The sales info said food trucks for lunch however we had to order from one place. Our driver was very informative however in the past I have had native Hawaiian guides who were able to give a more cultural overview

Must try pineapple whip! And if you have kids pick a pearl, my child picked one with 2 pink pearls inside!

We enjoyed seeing the whole island but the commentary was very limited , focused almost exclusively on surfing . It was interesting to see the surf beaches and some enormous waves but unless you are mad about surfing there was not much else . No history or culture . We felt this tour was overpriced. There are lots of Circular Tours and we wished we’d picked a different one !

Enjoyed everything on the plantation . The train ride had lots of information about the plantations. Walked the garden

Heather was great and knew a lot about the island! She was engaging and friendly which made the tour that much more fun!

This was a great way to get to see a lot of the island in a short time frame. We really enjoyed the mix of look out views, more tourist stops, and hidden treasures (like a really good lunch at a local shrimp restaurant). Our guide Nevin was really knowledgeable and accommodating. If you haven't been to Oahu before, this will give you a great start to getting to know the sights/locations so you can plan the rest of your trip depending if you wanted adventure or relaxation.

Office staff was a bit clueless sending us to a different pickup location with poor instructions instead of meeting at the agreed upon location. Fortunately driver was outstanding and took the initiative to solve initial problems.

Had an amazing tour, Heather was very knowledgeable and made it fun! Although it was all day, it felt like family making memories.

This tour picked us up at our hotel. We thought our guide Heather Marie was very interesting and funny. She was good at her job. We recommend her! We learned a lot about the rural areas we drove through. Except please Heather, don't play commercial radio. Just a playlist please. Also she didn't have a mike so we could not hear her over the two guys talking in front of us sometimes.The windows were dirty on the outside and inside of the sightseeing van. It was great to get out of Wakiki and we got to see a great deal of countryside and coastline. The stops were pretty short. Three stops at beautiful overlooks, one souvenir shop with a restroom, and one macadamia store. The "Dole Plantation" was a 20 min stop. It is just a great big busy tourist trap of a place. We drove by pineapple fields. We got back before rush hour in Wakiki. The shrimp lunch was yummy but a bit rushed. Heather took good care of us.

Our driver was Heather. She was very professional knowledge full of joy. She was very helpful. I give her 5 plus stars. We were expecting more from the Dole plantation . No reflection on our driver. She made us feel safe. She was a good driver. May God continue to bless her and your company. My husband and I were well pleased with our driver.

The tour was awesome. The tour guide, Tyler, was informative, friendly and funny. i learned a lot about Hawaii. He also helped us book another tour tomorrow which we are looking forward to.

Nevin was awesome very knowledgeable, young man. My only input would be there wasn’t enough time to explore the Dole plantation. They may wanna shorten the Turtle watch because you really didn’t see any. Their head stuck up a couple times but it shortened our visit to Dole.

Brief stops for views and quick shopping. At the macadamia nut farm it was a 20 minute stop essentially to buy macadamia’s. At the Dole pineapple plantation it was a 20 minute stop to stand in line to buy a dole whip which was overly sweet and not very good. The other stops were to look at views which were nice. But a lot of of the more popular views were omitted. Also, our guide spent most of the time talking about surfing to a group that was basically 60 and over. It was pretty boring. I would’ve liked to hear more about the history of the island and what’s happening culturally.

Listen to your tour guide and go with recommendations they provide and you will have the best experience on this tour!

It is a very fun experience our guide was very knowledgeable about the whole island and was very funny and kept us entertained the entire time! Was such a fun day would highly recommend.

This was an excellent tour what made the tour extra special was the driver tour director. She was amazing (Sierra) ! I would highly recommend this this and try to ask for Sierra as your tour guide!

We had a great afternoon exploring the island. Malia was our tour guide and she told us many facts about the island and shared with us the history of the island. We were able to stop at many places along the way to take pictures and to just enjoy the beauty of the island. I highly recommend this tour.

Our tour guide Michelle was great! Such a sweet and knowledgeable lady. She was professional as well as having a good personality and funny. A very long drive due to traffic and road work but a nice way to see different parts of the island.

This excursion was amazing!! Our tour guide, Heather, went over and beyond to make it a memorable day. She was so friendly, conscientious and considerate! She spent extra time telling us about the different landmarks and stops we made. She was very knowledgeable about Hawaii and its history. Because it was a smaller group it was more personalized and the group got to know each other better. We made new friends. The whole day over exceeded my expectations. It was wonderful from beginning to end!!

The tour location was as listed in the description, visiting many of the islands top destinations. The tour lasted about 7.5 hours, longer than expected through no fault of our guide there was road construction traffic. Our guide Lucas was amazing, he actually made the trip. Was very knowledgeable, personable, great sense of humor. I have been on numerous tours in various well known cities and countries and he was by far the best! 5 ⭐️

Fabulous experience. Lucas was a best-seller guide. So funny, knows a lot about Hawai history, drive safely… everything was perfect. The tour stops on many beautiful places. And the Shrimp lince was delicious. Truly recommended.

Excellent tour with funny tour guide, Tyler if I am correct. He is enthusiastic to take picture for us and other people. He also provided water bottle. I selected this tour because it started at 9AM not too early like other tours.
