I had a 12 yo with me. Both of us had a great time. We saw turtles and even touched an octopus. We used a snorkeling jet to get to the area. It was perfect since my son wasn’t a strong swimmer. Definitely thumbs up for the excursion. Robbie was an amazing guide!

Absolutely perfect! The guide, Robbie, was phenomenal. He was great at communicating, gave clear instructions and knew how and where to take the group. We saw multiple turtles, but the school of colorful fish, different sizes and shapes was a serene experience.

What a freaking blast!! I haven’t snorkeled for years, and I was so excited to do it today on my honeymoon. Joe was INCREDIBLE! So instructive and funny and knowledgeable! He made my husband, who’s never snorkeled, and I feel so comfortable. He was communicative and really engaged with the whole group. We truly felt safe under his guidance. Very well organized AND we saw several turtles and got to touch and get pictures with an octopus!! Absolutely unreal! Don’t hesitate - do it!! :)

Worst experience ever—avoid at all costs. Don’t waste your money. There was no boat, and the snorkeling masks were poor quality. A single arrogant guide was completely incapable of managing a group of more than 15 people, but he didn't seem to care at all.

Awesome experience! We saw octopus, turtles and held a star fish. Had a great group and Joe made the time and experience even better. Would absolutely recommend this to everyone and do this again.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience on the Turtle Town snorkeling tour with Joe! He was incredibly knowledgeable about the marine life we encountered and did an amazing job connecting with our group. Before we even got in the water, he took the time to thoroughly explain the safety procedures and equipment, making sure everyone felt comfortable and prepared. Once we were out snorkeling, Joe went above and beyond to make sure everyone had the opportunity to see the incredible sea life Maui has to offer. He also took some amazing photos for us to bring home and remember the experience! You definitely need to be a stronger swimmer than I and if you are prone to sea sickness, you can get sea sick swimming. Besides that, this was an amazing first time experience for myself. Our guide, Joe, was patient, informative, and over all fun to be around. We saw many different fish and turtles. Would love to try again now that I know how I will personally handle this experience.

JOE was our guide and he did an amazing job! Highly recommend this tour, especially if it’s your first time or if conditions aren't perfectly smooth! I went solo alongside a large group on a day when the water was somewhat choppy. Our guide was extraordinarily professional and calm under pressure. When two guests decided they preferred to turn back to the beach, he accommodated them with total grace and zero stress. He then guided the rest of us out to see amazing marine life, including turtles and sea urchins. I always felt completely safe and cared for, and I can't wait to go again! Robbie was an amazing guide for our adventure in snorkeling! He was organized, friendly and compassionate. My daughter and I felt completely safe with him keeping an eye over us and the others in our group. He sent a detailed email with directions of where to meet up, explained the equipment, and made sure everyone was knowledgeable and comfortable with the gear before bringing us out into the ocean. I saw him checking in with everyone throughout the tour as well as looking for sea creatures to share and getting pictures of us underwater! He shared the pictures with us immediately, especially the ones of the turtles! Robbie wears many hats in his job and all were done well! Thank you!

The tour was great for my wife and I who had never been snorkeling before. Robbie, our tour guide, made us feel very safe and relaxed. We saw many different marine creatures including an octopus. Robbie took lots of great photos of us and provided them free of charge. We would absolutely do this tour again.

Had a great time. Wife really loves turtles and with the amount we saw the price was def worth it, especially when you factor in gear, photos and a personal guide. The group was a great size, wasn’t too many people so everyone had their respected space. Our guide Alex was goated, super chill dude and made sure everyone was good before we started.

Robbie was awesome! He made sure to get photos of every couple on the trip and was educational but also very fun! He made sure everyone was comfortable in the water and kept checking throughout the trip. We were a little late because of traffic, but Robbie called to check in and was super cool about it. Robbie was an amazing guide! We swam out about 1/4mi into the ocean and he helped us all feel strong in this. I can be pretty timid in deep water, but he helped us remain calm and I even got to use the speed scooter, which helped me feel confident in being so far out. Robbie knew all the spots to see turtles and more. Multiple turtles swam ~10 ft in front of us, which was truly a once in a lifetime experience. We got to hold sea urchins, starfish and get some fun pics along the way as well. I cannot recommend this tour enough! It’s an adventure for sure, but so well worth it.

Robbie was a GREAT guide! What I appreciated the most was his briefing before even getting into the water! He thoroughly explained in detail how to use our snorkel and goggles and made sure that even when we were in the water by shore we were comfortable using them, how to breathe, and relax in the water! Rob was great. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the ocean and its creatures. He took great pictures and videos of my family all while keeping track of several other people. We got to see a couple of sea turtles and got to touch and take pics with several other creatures of the sea. I would definitely recommend him and his services. This is a great option for people that get motion sickness on boats. You walk straight into the water, no boat necessary. We ended up seeing four or five turtles and an octopus, which was awesome. I would highly recommend booking with this small company! Robbie was great and made everyone feel comfortable with all the gear before we started.
