Tribute To Pearl Harbor Arizona Memorial Tour

Very nice guy, was very chatty and receptive to his customers. We had to leave early and he contacted us to be sure we weren’t being left behind.

Interesting and historical visit to give pause. Wish our group could have seen the movie exhibit, but it was crowded and not enough time. Very hot and humid and the AC on our transport was not working very well.

My wife and I booked a tour of the Arizona memorial and requested to be on the first ferry out to the memorial for a very specific reason. Our trip to the memorial wasn't scheduled until the 9:30 slot which totally messed up or plans for the day. I would not recommend using this site for any excursion plans.

The tour operator explained what to expect when we arrive at Pearl Harbor He was very thorough and helpful. We will definitely book another tour with this company

Roland the driver from Hawaiian Concierge was great. The city tour was informative. He made me feel like a family member was driving me around. The National Park service gave exceptional solemn speech while we toured the USS Arizona

It’s noted in the directions, but important to note do not bring a purse. Our driver and guide, Vanessa, was very kind and knowledgeable.

Travellers must not take a bag to the experience unless its see through. Even a small bag will need to be put into the locker and charged $7 per bag. Our experience with our guide was amazing. He was very hospitable and amazing with his knowledge and details. Was a fab time. Thank you

Our guy is very knowledgeable, funny witty, fun to be with. She was solemn when she needed to be brought a lot of levity on the ride when we were talking about Pearl Harbor she made everybody feel welcome.

We had a wonderful experience on our Pearl Harbor tour! The transportation to and from the cruise terminal was convenient and well organized. We also enjoyed the sightseeing tour of Honolulu, which was a great addition to the day. The entire experience was smooth, informative, and memorable. Highly recommend!

BE ON TIME!! The driver is on a schedule. Make sure you are where you are supposed to be at all times. Roland was the best! He was very informative and funny at the same time.

Tour guide was good. But it wasn’t clear when making the reservation that the guide was only for the transportation over to Pear Harbor.

The trip operator never picked us up. Our family was with another operator and we missed this adventure with our family. Viator needs to fire the tour operator for dropping the ball.

You will want the max time to see and read everything! Great for kids too! My daighter who is 9 had lots of questions.

Driver showed up at 10 for a 9:30 pickup. When we called we were told they had till 10 to pick us up. Driver was not the friendliest and told us that normally there are 15 car accidents per day. We were lucky he had already seen 7 or 8 already. Really, weird thing to tell people on a tour. Driver told us we should be back to hotel hopefully by 3:00 PM. Driver gave us a bottle of Costco water and a tiny granola bar walked us in and told us to meet him at 1:30, then he left. We called your at 12:30 and asked if we could get a ride back sooner and were told no. We called an uber at 1 pm and got back to our hotel in 20 minutes. Texted driver directly at 1:27 and let him know we would not be driving back with him. At 1:34 tour group called and left a message that driver was looking for us and we were delaying everyone else where were we. Called tour back and they were very nasty in the phone. Hawaii Legend Travel was there name. I would never use them ever. Will be contacting Viator directly when I get back from vacation.

Great experience, a must see if you come to Oahu. We enjoyed learning more and being able to see everything.

We enjoyed the Pearl Harbor visit. We did think, by reading the activities involved, that it included the submarine, however it does not. You can just read the plaques about the submarine- not quite the same. Overall a very poignant experience. Our guide, Roland was great.

Nice tour! Friendly guide! My boyfriend and I enjoyed it. The submarine was our favorite, but we enjoyed the USS Arizona as well.

Only visit Arizona memorial. Well organized. Pick up at airport and return drop off at your location choice. Short intro tour of honolulu.

Our driver took us on a city tour, which we had not signed up for. It was more than the 4:30 tour we had signed up for. We were booked for the Pearl Harbor USS Arizona only tour. Upon the return he took us to a cemetery and Capitol building amongst other places which we had not signed up for. Making us late for another appointment we had this afternoon. I spoke up on the bus questioning the extra time, he said it was a part of the tour. Clearly it was not what my email shows me. It ended up being a 5:30 tour

Moving experience. We felt emotional because it was so real. Nothing like our dry history class in the 60's.

Last minute they moved our tour from 9:30 to 1 pm. That doesn’t work - we have other plans. They need to have backup vehicles. We just got to be the lucky ones that got moved - everyone else with us got to go

Roland our driver was very helpful and directed us to Peral Harbor and our tour. Driver guides you to start the tour with you but really is only there to provide transportation to and from and provides ticket to the Arizona Memorial.

Driver was over 1hr late pick up trying to contacted viator they sent ph number to tour guide myself plus hotel lobby kept calling we had no response . Driver arrived and on bus unable to hear him while in vehicle talking about locations etc

The pearl harbor experience was good. Our guide was very knowledgeable and nice. The tour went longer than expected because of additional stops on the way home. This was not advertised. We left at 930 am and we were supposed to get back at 2. We got back after 3 pm. I think the additional stops should have been advertised so we could better plan our day.

The tour was great but if you want more time, choose a longer tour. This tour was just right for all of us.

Just enough time to get it all in. Our guide walked us in and handed out the Arizona tickets. Gave on over view and where to meet her in 3 hours and 45 min. Venessa was great!!!

Tour from mental hell. The Pearl Harbor was great. The actual bus tour.. awful. First off he was 45 min late! So that took away from exploring Pearl Harbor. He only gave us 15 min extra time but wasted all of it by talking non stop when we got there. We literally had to sneak away to catch our appointment time for the memorial. The bus tour was not good. We couldn’t even hear him rambling on and on about him self and god knows what else. We were bored out of our dang minds. I NEED A DRINK!!!!!

Vanessa was a great guide, very knowledgable and had some fun jokes. She really prepared us for what we were going to see at Pearl Harbor. The rest of the tour (Punchbowl Crater and downtown Honolulu) was also great and informative.

Rolland was prompt and very friendly. He made us feel welcome to Oahu as first time visitors to Hawaii. He was knowledgeable and gave great insight into Hawaiian history and culture! It was a GREAT experience.
