Great local fruits to sample, learned a lot on the tour!

They did a good job with what they had. The farm is just starting out so in a few years it’ll be great. They have some plants and trees with fruit that you tour through. They’re planting more rows. It was good that they gave us a sample plate of their fruit and we got to do some hands on.

We enjoyed hearing about the regenerative farming being done here! Love the juices sugar cane! Highly recommend.

I had a great time at La Kahea farm! This place has lots of amazing crops and livestock. There is awesome complimentary food from fruit and sugarcane, too. The experience is brilliant!

I love when you can feel how passionate someone is with what they do! Our guide is extremely informed and generous with the fruit and plants. We asked to munch on the sugar cane and they cut some up for us! they also let us pick and experience everything! Very happy with everything

This was a lovely farm tour, that we will definitely remember! Everyone was very friendly. The samples were delicious, sugarcane juice was amazing, and the tour was also very informative and taught us many aspects of regenerative farming. The hosts told us a story of how they started and what their goal is for the development of the farm. Everything was very fun to learn, and the homemade banana ice cream at the end was the cherry on top! Will visit next time we are on Maui, 10/10.

Spectacular Tastes and Tour! If I could give it 10 out of 5 stars, I would! Led by the farm owner who has a really beautiful story to share about how & why she got started, her hopes and dreams for the farm and for regenerative farming on the island, and the history of farming on Maui. It's hard not to leave the tour feeling inspired by what she's doing! SO many tasty treats before, during and after the tour of the farm, and a highlight of juicing sugar cane from her farm- something I couldn't find on any other tour, which my son was really excited about and met his expectations and beyond)! Farm owner and assistant who led the tour, are so knowledgeable, personable, down to earth, and great with kids and adults alike! They answered all of our millions of questions and were super attentive to the kids, giving them some extra treats along the way, AND let them pick a coconut which she cut open for each family to enjoy at the end of the tour, along with some fresh, yummy frozen, banana ice cream! Kept us cool and excited to see what was next the whole time. It's easy to maneuver, easy to get to, and really enjoyable. I cannot find enough words to express how impressive and fun this was. Don't miss it! We hope to come again when we visit Maui. (Especially, since there was discussion about a possible cooking class with the fruits, in the future, I hope they can make it happen!)

Loved the variety of snacks and treats! The instructors took time to answer questions and genuinely share their vision for regenerative farming! Highly recommend if you love learning about conservation and enjoy fresh fruit!

We really enjoyed this experience. We had five adults in our family and one who is really interested in plants. We tried all kinds of fruits (in season right now), made sugar cane water to drink, learned about the trials of regenerative farming and had banana ice cream. We hope that this farm is able to make it - they are special and the passion is there. You can see it in the young women!

It is well worth the time to visit. We learned so much about the farming in Maui and their reason “Why”. The food sampling and the dessert after the tour was a real treat. My husband and I were happy we went! Winsome is so knowledgeable and her delivery was excellent! Don’t miss the chance to check out this hidden gem!

Winsome and Emily were wonderful hosts. First they greeted us with a plate of sliced fresh fruit and began to share their knowledge about a sustainable farm and showed us around by introducing us to the various plants and fruits. The tour ended with allowing guests to make sugar cane juice and it was a pleasant and refreshing drink. We would recommend this tour to family and friends. Mahalo Winsome and Emily, great job.

Such an awesome experience - we learned a ton about regenerative farming, about the history of farming on Maui, and about what it takes to farm products on the island! Winsome was an AMAZING guide.

Very nice experience, delicious fruit samples and loved the educational information provided by Anna and Kenady, but I had a few problems with this activity. The primary concern is that this is a talo farm and not a fruit orchard, which is what I expected . There is even a sign at the entrance that says Maui Talo Farm. The second is that only a couple of the fruits that were served are actually grown on this "farm," which is somewhat deceptive. When we sat down and I saw the fresh fruit plate, I expected to see each of the fruits on the farm and hear how they're grown. Instead, it was like going to an apple orchard and hearing about oranges. Consequently, since there was no real tour, just a short walk around in a circle with Kenady hearing about talo and just a couple fruits that they actually grow, I thought this "tour" was a bit pricey since it wasn't as advertised. Nevertheless, my wife enjoyed the hosts and hearing about their journey to build this business, which is the only reason I gave 4 stars! So, the rating is hers, but the review is mine.

Knowledgeable host, interesting food to try. Farm your was maybe stunted by the rain a bit, but it really just seems like a messy farm.

Unbelievable tour. Tour guides were very knowledgeable, entertaining and funny. It is very evident that both Kennedy and Anna love what they are doing. It was a great way to start off a Maui trip and I’m extremely grateful that these wonderful women welcomed myself and my fiancé in.

Great Experience. Filed with lots of snacks and treats. Some of what we got included: mangos, bananas, cherries, passion fruit, oranges, limes, and ice cream made from bananas at the end.

The farm tour lady, Anna, is so welcoming! She prepared lots of farm grown fruits and let us experience self fresh squeezed sugar cane juice! They are all very tasty! She also toured us the farm and introduced the plants very thoroughly and clearly! Thank you, Anna! We enjoyed the time very much
