Amazing adrenaline rush. Great for that adventurous Pearson looking for an exhilarating experience. What an amazing view. Friendly staff. Instructors are nice, knowledgeable and great at explaining the process. Would recommend go jump to everyone or anybody looking for a fun and exciting time.

I had booked a jump for my birthday but all of a sudden they cancel it without any notice. They claimed that they sent an email regarding the cancellation but nothing was sent. Luckily i found another company and was able to do it on my birthday without ruining my special day. Would not recommend gojump.

This was such a crazy, fun experience that you truly can’t get anywhere else. My wife and I did the Tandem skydiving while here on our honeymoon and are going to talk about it forever. Our guides, Tim and Luca made us feel very safe and confident throughout the whole process to where all of our nerves went away. So thankful for them and our shuttle driver, Jeff, for taking us too and from Waikīkī. 10/10!

Definitely for thrill seekers! Rafael, Tim & Seth were hella chill & laid back. They made everything feel so easy and went smooth as possible. At no point did I feel unsafe or unsure. They make sure you feel and look comfortable. I’d trust them to do this again. Otherwise the view itself was amazing! First time jumper and did 18,000ft HALO. 10/10 would recommend

These guys were so great! Jumping over the ocean and getting a gorgeous view of the island was a great way to start the morning. Our guides were so fun and made sure we knew what to expect each step of the way!

This was the absolute best thing to do in Hawaii!! My instructor Aleks was funny and great at teaching me what needs to be done!! The video and Skydive was awesome the view is stunning everything about Go Jump Hawaii was great!!

I liked the ease of using the Viator app to book this excursion. I found it very convenient that a shuttle picked up us and drove us to the airfield. Staff was friendly and helpful. I want to acknowledge Keith who was my instructor, and Seth who was my videographer. They both did an amazing job and I felt safe and I loved the media I purchased. I also wanted to say my daughter’s instructor Max was very nice and her videographer Albi took amazing photos and video we will forever cherish.

Celebrating my birthday with my very first skydive at GoJump Hawai’i was hands down one of the most incredible experiences of my life! From the moment I was picked up by Pinky, I knew I was in good hands. He gave us a mini tour on the drive, shared great stories, spoke several languages, and made everyone feel welcome and connected. My photographer, George, was warm, friendly, and captured amazing photos and videos that I’ll treasure forever. My tandem instructor, Riley, was absolutely phenomenal. He explained everything clearly, kept me calm when my nerves kicked in, and made me feel completely safe and comfortable the entire time. Once I took that leap from 18,000 feet, all the nerves disappeared. The views were breathtaking once I opened my eyes, and getting to steer the parachute myself was the coolest surprise! My ears hurt a little afterward, but this adventure was exactly how I wanted to bring in my birthday. Do yourself a favor and get the photo and video package—and bring the photographer along. Every second was worth it!

Jeff was amazing! Could not have asked for a better host! The condo was more than we could have asked for! Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains. Parking was easy and convenient. I will be back there!

A bunch of crooks. Choose another company! They charged $15 extra dollars for fuel upon arrival. Extra charge WAS NOT mentioned in package that I bought. Talked to third party vendor who I purchased the package from and they said that it’s illegal and they are not allowed to to this. They charge after signing the waiver so you’re locked in. Total BS!

The most daring experience the entire trip. Absolutely a must do,, the views coming down is nothing but spectacular. We had a party of eight and everyone enjoyed their experience and each of the tandem jumpers were FRIENDLY! Would recommend it as the last activity of your vacation so it becomes the highlight!

Great experience. Staff was very nice and landing was smooth. Felt safe at all moments and they make sure you are okay at all times. I am planning on coming back and will definitely be using this agency again.

I always wanted to do it, but I‘ve never done it before. I was in Hawaii for vacation, so what better place then here. It was more than amazing. I regret nothing and seconds after leaving the plane I instantly wanted to do it again. I had a great tandem partner/instructor and trough this whole experience he made me feel very safe!! So I don’t know what they should have done better 🤷🏼‍♀️ no Points of criticism, just stoked 🥰

My trip was canceled 1/21 due to the weather. $478 for two jumpers and i have still not received a refund (2/2). I can not get anyone at VIATOR to help with this. the people at Go Jump said it was going to be taken care of but here we are.

Check in progress is very painful and long and when you get to the desk then they tell you you have to fill out a waiver at another place then come back to the line. The lady that check us in was not so friendly to me but super friendly to my husband, felt weird and annoyed. I also felt like I paid extra Booking thru here rather than walk ins cause they only pay $200 per person and I paid $40 more , on top of it they want another 250/$380 for videos if you want to get that during your jump.

I truly never never had any desire to go skydiving-ever. While vacationing in Oahu, my 26yo son announced his intention to sky dive. He chose GoJump based upon on- line reviews and scheduling logistics. I am 60yo, in decent shape, but clearly a novice to this kind of thing. I saw an opportunity for a memorable episode of comraderie, so I decided to join my son for the skydive. What impressed me most about GoJump Oahu was their obviously well-organized operation. The jumps were scheduled at 1100 a few days previously. The day of the jump, we received a text confirming the jump. We were informed that the event was delayed 46 minutes at round 830AM. Not a big deal. The hedzup was definitely appreciated. We arrived 30 mins before the revised appointment, then registered/consented. The whole process was very efficient. I knew that this was probably going to be my one-and- only skydive, so i opted for the comprehensive video package which included a dedicated videographer (Marissa), in addition to Maksim, my instructor. The opportunity to ascend another 4000 feet, to 18,000, was offered for additional charge. We politely refused. Maksim and Marissa were very professional, yet humble. I knew I was in good hands. I did not fully appreciate their capabilities until I saw them in action. I can honestly say that their performances far exceeded my expectations. My son also had his own dedicated instructor and videographer. At 1st blush, my initial take was that this was going to be an expensive venture. However, given the nature of this event, along with the obvious need for high skilled professional service, I felt that THIS WAS A HUGE BARGAIN! Honestly, the cost is actually less.than what people spend for 2-3 days in a nursing home. Maybe that analogy puts this whole experience into an appropriate perspective. I met some fantastic people, s a w one of the most scenic areas in the world from a completely new perspective AND I got some awesome video and pictures to show for it. True, I almost barfed (probably a good thing that I skipped breakfast that day). It would have been nice if Marissa could have made me look better, but I'm just not sure such a skill set is commercially available outside of Hollywood. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this outting, especially if u wanna try something new AND spend some quality time with family members.

This was my first-ever skydive, and jumping from 14,000 feet at 22 years old was one of the coolest things I’ve ever done. The entire experience felt very safe and professional, which helped calm my nerves as a first-timer. The instructors were experienced and reassuring, making it easy to relax and enjoy the jump. One important tip: if you’re prone to motion sickness, make sure to tell your instructor in advance. They may want to spin or rotate in the air to show you more of the scenery, which can be a bit intense if you get dizzy. Also, remember to balance the pressure in your ears during the descent. Other than that, the best advice is simple — relax, breathe, and enjoy the feeling of flying. An unforgettable experience and a huge personal milestone. Highly recommended for anyone considering their first skydive.

I've wanted to have the skydiving experience for years. This year on my 64th birthday I finally did it! Go Jump was a great experience. The entire team was outstanding from the driver who picked me up at the hotel to the jump instructor, the pilot and the camera man who recorded my experience. The only thing I didn't like was not knowing until arriving at the jump site there were additional charges. I paid through Viator but upon arrival the day of my jump I was given a list of additional charges. I paid an additional $350 for the experience which was not expected. Thankfully I had the additional funds. My jump ended up costing more than my roundtrip airfare to Hawaii. I also tipped the staff so the total was pricey but overall worth it!

This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and I cannot recommend it enough. My husband and I booked the Deluxe photo package. We jumped from 18,000 feet during sunset, and the view was beyond incredible, the colors, the coastline, the clouds, everything looked unreal. My camera man captured every moment so beautifully and made the whole experience feel even more special. Our instructors and our camera team were amazing. They gave us so much emotional support, helped calm our nerves, and made us feel completely safe from beginning to end. Their energy, humor, and professionalism made a huge difference.

I had the most amazing experience from start to finish! I chose Go Jump after a lot of research as for me, they seemed the best! I had the best tadum diver, Chris P and photography guy Garcia. Chris was so informative as to what was going to happen and put me at ease through the whole process and they both made me smile the whole time. My pictures and videos turned out way better than I could have hoped because of these guys! I would highly recommend upgrading to the Deluxe gold package, which I did at the last minute. It is 100% worth the extra money! A great crew of trained divers👏

Krissy was the best instructor and Jake the best photographer✨ Krissy explained all the things that I needed to know, and eased my nerves. She even told me tips for good photos. Once in the air, everything was so in control. The view over the ocean was amazing: waves, beaches, and other jumpers. The landing was smooth and fun too. I’ll recommend it to all my friends traveling to Hawaii.

The jump was awesome, HOWEVER- the instructors wear a GoPro camera on their wrists for EVERY jump which invades and obstructs the pictures/videos if you pay for the extra diver video/pictures. GoJump is more concerned about upselling you than they are about delivering a quality product that their customer already paid for. We paid a total of $1500 for 3 jumpers and 3 videos only to have the 2 of the divers images ruined by the instructors crappy wrist camera. Make sure if you pay for the extra diver pictures that you ENFORCE that the instructor not wear the GoPro which will ABSOLUTELY ruin your $300 images

I paid an extra $300 to have my skydiving experience documented from the extra flyer perspective. Unfortunately, Go Jump Hawaii has a routine practice of having the instructor wear a wrist camera in order to try and upsell their customers after their jumps. My instructor kept putting the camera in front of my face to get selfie style pictures and her arm was either obstructing my face or invading the pictures from the extra flyers perspective that I had paid for. Go jump Hawaii then try to up-sell me those garbage selfie pictures after ruining my extra flyer pictures. When I called to discuss this issue they didn’t seem to care, and refused to let me speak to the manager.

It was a very fun activity scary at first but once you are in the air you have a blast. Guys are very good at their job and keep you informed at all times.

I’ve always wanted to skydive as far as I remember and I happen to be visiting my brother who lives in Hawaii for work. For my first time going I went with GoJump Hawaii, and I did the 18,000 feet jump!!! Amazing! Mahalo to instructor Deb and my outside photographer/videographer Seth for making it a truly unforgettable experience! As I am now back in the mainland US, I’m already looking to do it again sometime soon! Might have to check out GoJump Oceanside, and or Las Vegas in the future!

Great overall experience (customer service, the diving, landing, process, etc). Everyone had amazing energy and gave clear instructions. The instructor was with me the whole time so I was comfortable and less nervous.

Best experience of our trip to Oahu. The team were amazing. Our planned date was cancelled due to wind over the North Shore. They got us re booked for the next day and the whole experience was amazing. Friendly, helpful, sportive and full of information and guidance. If you visit Oahu this is a must!!!!

This wasn't my first time jumping, but it was my first time in Oahu, and this should not be missed! The pickup from my Waikiki hotel was painless and the driver was pleasant, safe, and drove well. My jump buddy was funny, clear, and relaxing. The whole process was painless and organized and the costs were well understood. The 18k foot jump (5.5 km) was spectacular - the views are WONDERFUL and what better way to see the the North Shore than with a healthy adrenaline rush‽ The videos from the jump were better than those from other jumps I've done, too.

Debby was our instructor, and WOW—what an unforgettable experience! This was my second time, and it totally blew my first visit out of the water. My husband joined me for his first time, and now he’s hooked too! I had to ask Debby what the worst thing that happens is, and she said… when people throw up. Soooo, for the love of our amazing instructors, please keep it down and don’t hurl on them—nobody wants a splash zone!

This was my first ever sky dive experience and the crew at Go Jump were excellent!! My jump partner was Max and he did an excellent job getting me ready and took some amazing photos and videos. I was ready to go again as soon as I got back on the ground. I highly recommend Go Jump Hawaii!

All the experiences were pretty good, but I haven't received any of my photos or videos so far Also, when I arrived, there was no bus to pick me up. I spent a lot of money taking a taxi But when we went back, the staff helped us take a uber

so disappointing. flew into hawaii to jump & was rescheduled twice for airspace restriction. which is understandable but they said it had been happening all week which would’ve been good information for them to communicate during the week that cancellation might’ve been a possibility.

I was on a short impromptu trip to O’ahu and made sure to include tandem skydiving. It was my first time doing this, and it won’t be my last. I felt safe and secure, and had an incredible experience. My adult son and I did the 18k ft jump over Oahu. It was epic. The front staff and jump crew were all very friendly, professional and safe. We had no problems and would use this company again.

Once in a lifetime experience - a bucket list item in a bucket list country! The skydivers are so calm and put you at ease. They seem to have a natural knack of knowing whether they should chat to you or leave you to enjoy the scenery. Would recommend to anyone and everyone I know.
